I’ve been to this Starbucks twice now, and was severely dissatisfied both times. First time I went, the man taking my order kept interrupting me “as a joke” and would not let me finish ordering until he was done talking about himself. I eventually was able to order an iced coffee with 1/4” of milk, and when I got it at the handoff, it just looked (and tasted) like a cup of milk. I know Starbucks iced coffee isn’t very strong to begin with, so it really didn’t need that much milk. When I asked to have it remade with less milk, the barista took the drink from me and put *more* milk. I asked again to just get a new one with very little milk, and she grabbed the drink out of my hands and dumped it down the sink before making me a new one.I went back today to grab some coffee before work, and was greeted in the drive-thru by an older woman. While my friend and I were ordering, she was cutting us off and kept repeating “anything else?” before we had even finished ordering. She was being very short with us until we got to the window and asked to use our partner numbers, then she all of a sudden was very nice and chatty with us. I understand it’s early in the morning, especially being a partner myself, but it’s incredibly disrespectful. To top the whole experience off, I ordered a BSOSE and basically received a latte. This has been a huge issue with Starbucks not making these drinks up to standard, so it’s my fault for thinking I would get one made correctly. Tasted only like oatmilk, maybe the espresso machines were off, but I couldn’t even finish the drink. Save your time and money, don’t come here

To guy who was taking the drive through window orders this morning...I worked for Starbucks for over 7yrs from barista to ASM.It is irrelevant what kind of morning YOUR having. You are there to make people's day better and brighter, not be impatient and rude.Saying "Ticky-Tocky" and "I know there's a lot to choose from" sarcastically is not acceptable.There was no one in line behind my wife and you are there to make helpful suggestions in a case like this.To your manager and your regional, I would ask that you have a coaching conversation with this guy.My wife came home so upset she just threw the drink away.PS. Just had a "dessert" coffee, it was very good. Service was good, prices weren't. Great place to hang out, little piece of Europe.Parking: Public accessible parking, kinda tight, not adequate for "rush hour" but suffices other times, because it has to. City needs to look at dimensions, think turn in radius is undersize.

Super friendly and efficient Starbucks! I needed to pick up some gift cards as gifts, and of course a coffee for me! The workers were very helpful and got me on my way quickly! The store was clean, cool & chill, and my coffee was perfectly made!
