Store closes at7pm not 9pm. The were still accepting door dash orders at 737pm, thus wasting my time.Update: came in again. Order not ready, employees hanging out outside talking to people in cars.

I ordered a BLT online for delivery and I got raw bacon. I called to get a refund nobody has yet to answer. That is absolutely disgustin. Update: I called they finally answered but the guy told me that he would need to talk to his higher ups for approval of a refund never took my name or number nor did I hear back from them. Such bad management

Thomas and Adrian are some good dudes, they are some of the friendliest subway employees I have encountered. Management needs to treat these guys right, they handle everything really well and communicate well. Recommend this location as long as Adrian and Thomas are working!

Needs better management. Bad experience every time. Always one employee working and then after 20 mins of waiting for an online order that was supposed to be ready when I got there, another employee magically appears from the back. Annoying experience that i will not return for anymore.

I was driving through and decided to stop and get my son a healthier fast food option. The customer service from the 2 employees was great, they made great conversation with patrons and location was very clean. The bathrooms were also pleasantly clean. I appreciated the nice vibe while taking a pause in our travels. They were sold out of the Aunt Annie footlong pretzels though, I am still longing to try one of those. Haha

Ordered ft long supreme meat, ft long Turkey & ft long cookie thru website. Took my 30 minute lunch and drove there grabbed my bag with my name and order details on it, drove back home and had to clock back into work. My daughter opened the bag and saw that there were 2 ft long tuna with mayo and onions and no cookie. I called immediately and spoke to a guy who apologized and said they were swamped and it was crazy there and to bring it back. Advised I couldn’t since I was working. He said he would have a manager call me back. We ended up picking off the onions and each ate 1/2 of a sandwich as we didn’t have time or anything else to eat.I went on their website twice and sent messages, I called back twice and got voicemail, left messages.I finally get a response via email from Jennifer Moreno, Area Manger who said that I didn’t order 2 tuna sandwiches and I picked up the wrong order and should have brought them back.Wait, what…. Y’all messed up my order, the bag had my name and correct info on it you just put the wrong stuff in the bag ( and no cookie). You didn’t give me anything I paid for and now you’re saying it’s my fault and I am out $20! I have emailed twice and no response again, and I asked that she call me.This is not customer service, this is not how a customer should be treated. I have been a loyal customer for two years and this is how I am treated.I guess I will have to call my bank and dispute the charges.Check your bag before you leave .Who ever got my order hope you enjoyed it.

I came today and usually I take tuna sandwich foot long and she ask me about which cheese u want usaullay I take pepper jack cheese but today I say mozzarella cheese but she not told me this mozzarella cheese for extra charges and this lady every time rude not a smiley face I think she not like customer come here because she have a attitude other one but when she finished make my sandwich she want $19.15 I am surprise last time this same thing I bought $15.00 every time when I ask for her y u u charge extra she not reply me and she just show me register so she charge me $3.50 for cheese .than I told her if u want extra charge for cheese so let me know that time mozzarella cheese for extra charges this subway should b hire good people

The first time I went to this location, I waited for 30 minutes while they argued with a customer over $1.50 worth of food. The second time, I waited outside for 10 minutes while the door was locked and the employee put it around inside, filling some order and wouldn’t unlock the door for myself and another customer. Not good.

The store was dirty & the workers were unbelievably slow, slowest workers i've ever seen & were extremely rude, kept rolling their eyes at me & are acting like they're so busy but barely are trying. And they argued in front of everyone. Just a bad experience. Food was completely messy, took 30 minutes to get my food only had 4 people in front of me
