went to get TWO footings because normally that’s a relatively a cheap meal. the two footings cost me $30. they charged the sandwiches as menu items when in reality we got a meatball sub and a dressed up ham and cheese. wouldn’t go here

More than once y'all were out of tomatoes and more. It is not good. I keep trying and will stop now. Going vegan.

There is no such thing as a 6inch meatball sub anymore. They add pepperoni and it cost $9.00! I called to make sure and yes this is all they offer. The manager said if you order online you can still get it.....

Horrible service from people who did not care! If you are not able to preform a service then it should not be offered.

I came here twice and both times were not great. First time was at 9:15am on Wednesday. Door was locked despite the sign saying open. Went back today and was informed there was no bread. When I pressed the issue I was told they do have flatbread. No problem. Then when the lady was dressing my sandwich I found out they have no onions. Not the best subway experience.

Subway has changed the meatball sub by adding pepperoni to it. Not a good fit. The pepperoni overpowered the taste of the meatballs. They raised the price a couple dollars also. Guess I'll have to find another sub shop.

Bread bland and now you say you slice fresh? What a joke. You were out of tomatoes and lettuce but HEB is right next door. As a manager, if I was out of this then go get it. Truck obviously wasn’t coming that day. But you laughed at that idea. Lost business again.

Terrible customer service; one of the guys working complained of having to work today and was saying he hoped it would be dead all evening. The large sweet tea we paid for was a waste; it was clear. The employees said they had no idea how to make tea. We politely asked for a refund and one of the guys said “ we don’t do refunds”. Your system asks for a tip when we are already paying high prices. We paid $3 for a tip before we realized there was no tea. This was at 5:45pm. My bread was super hard. I’ve given this place several chances. Won’t be going back there.

People are key, their customer service will bring me back. Out of Turkey and other key things made the lower star. Today's world demands clean, well decorated store atmosphere.

So I didn't keep my receipt so you may not even read this. But you need to hear it.#1: I went to the Subway on Williams Dr in Georgetown, TX. It's a few blocks from my house. I hadn't been in a while for a number of reasons but thought I'd give you another shot.#2: the staff seems better, the restaurant seems cleaner.#3: I refuse to help you pay for national sports figures pimping your product by shelling out over $15 for a sandwich (almost $20 with a tip). Especially when it was made on the wrong bread (ordered the Italian seasoned bread - got a plain Loaf. Didn't notice until I got home). I ordered one of your Meatball subs with pepperoni - you have a catchy name for it. I forget what you call it, because I've ordered Meatball subs with pepperoni from this location for years - but NOT for $15.I figure your decision for these prices won't last very long (you're already trying to BOGO this new line-up, no doubt trying to offset customer sticker shock). But until you wake up and realize you're a fast feeder - NOT a sit - down restaurant with table service, you won't get any more purchases from ME or any number of people I plan to share this experience with ...I used to count on Subway as a quick alternative to a burger from one of the two burger joints less than a mile away, but I developed a new-found respect for those burger joints, because they've kept their pricing in line (sure, they've gone up - thanks Joe Biden), but I can still get a burger with fries & a shake or soft drink for less than what you think your new line up of sandwiches are worth. Worth to YOU, maybe - certainly not to me.So get it together - realize what you are & price your product accordingly or find yourselves on one of the lists put out ocassionally of all the restaurants that have gone away. For good. You're on the right track because you lost me as a customer with those prices. What a shame.Mike FisherGeorgetown, TXParking: Limited

I haven't been to this Subway since before the pandemic. They don't take cash which is okay if the sandwich is right. Ordered an Italian BMT. The wheat bread was day old and the sandwich was sloppily made. Oh! And the prices have really gone up. Won't be going back.
