This is one literacy bell locations in the entire country. Just read the reviews. I just came for breakfast but they didn’t have any hash browns? That’s just one if the many issues with this specific location, they’re just trash.

Working in the area, first day I stopped in and got some food and used the restroom. Food ended up making me sick all day. I’ve been stopping in everyday not for the food but mainly because they are never busy and I can quickly make a restroom stop, however in doing this.. the same toilet paper has been on the floor in one of the stalls since Friday, and one toilet has stains (same since Friday). There has also been a dead bird by the front door since Friday! I told them about the bird on Friday… it’s now Monday still there… pretty disgusting place!

Went through the drive through for first time in over a year! Ordered two tacos two burritos. Got home with chips and queso? Really! 2 different items was too difficult! Reviews here are so bad! Not surprised. I called and they told me to report to my bank that it was a fraudulent charge?

Customer service was outstanding.Provide an extra bag to carry my really large order out and then held the door for me. You don't get that at a fast food restaurant very often. So I had to leave a comment. Thank you again for the staff.

Ingredients have been stale, preparation quality has been non existent, and the staff are always a hit or miss if you get good service; more on the miss side. If anyone from corporate reads this: Close this location down or purge the entire crew and rehire. This location is only dragging the name of Taco Bell in the mud.If you want good Taco Bell, go to the I35 location near the old HEB building, avoid this location like it's a burning dumpster fire.

Ordered online and pulled up to the drive through, they informed me they weren't taking orders. I explained that I'd already placed an order and they responded, with attitude, "well I guess you'll have to get a refund on the app, we aren't taking orders.I asked to clarify if they were closed, the response was "no, we're just not taking orders" with no explanation. There were two other cars in the drive through waiting to pick up food and several people inside eating. I guess they just decided to go on strike suddenly.

The food and this location need to be closed down! I got a soft taco and it was beyond awful. Also the chicken and cheese weren't melted on the quesadilla. Horrible customer service i have tired giving chances but never changes.

This Taco Bell is the worst one I have ever been. This morning I ordered a breakfast crunch wrap and a large soda. They shorted me a hash brown, the hash brown that was in the crunch wrap was not cooked and very chewy, the Baja Blast was flat… I even paid more for a large, and the lady kept calling me a ma’am even after seeing me at the window… like can you really not tell I’m a guy??? This place is consistently opening late, messing up orders and unfriendly! Go to the Taco Bell off I-35 this one is not worth anyone’s business. If I didn’t live right next to it and relied on it for breakfast before work then I’d go elsewhere…. Plz fix yourself Taco BellThis place is so bad I doubt the manager is even going to read this…
