They have delicious breads. I wish I could buy from them daily. Really special stuff.

We rarely eat sweets, but their pretzels are amazing! We made the "mistake" of treating our guests to them while they are in town and now all of guests request them when they are staying with us.

Nobody there, nothing to buy, nobody at the brewery knew anything about the guys schedule or whatever. Total waste of time.In response to the owner.. it was a Wednesday afternoon the wire rack was empty, the young woman at the register couldn't be less interested in providing any information on your business. I still feel it was a 1 star experience.

We ordered the Brezeln (soft pretzels), Cinnamon Rolls, and Zimtsternbrot.
We realized after devouring half the Zimtsternbrot that we should've taken a photo because it was gorgeous...sorry for not thinking of that beforehand.
But, wow...
Everything was incredible. I'm a sucker for pretzels, and they'd just come out of the oven when we picked up our order—so good. But the sweets were by far the highlight. We've never had Zimtsternbrot before but were stealing pieces from each other.
And the Cinnamon Rolls? Literally the best we've ever had. Hands down.

I ordered Franzbrotchen and Stollen. Both are incredible, customer service is spot on, and he's a nice man on top of it. I look forward to more orders in the future.
