Be sure to check your drive through order before you leave. These guys are horrible at leaving things out of your order.I had two instances this week where items where left out of my order.I am going to start going to another place because these guys are so unreliable. Not worth it for me.

Mcguire took our order and these were a few high points we observed:He spoke up when he greeted us and showed strong product knowledge. He looked at us and maintained good eye contact. After we received our food he brought a condiment tray over and was very pleasant.Later he checked to see if everything was satisfactory. Paula's fish sandwich was dry and ahe asked if she could get extra tartar sauce, which he quickly retrieved. He walked around and checked top see the booths were clean and ready for the next customer.

I giving this location a one star because of the quality of the food. I love whataburger and as a native Texan been eating all my life. When it’s a good burger and fries that are fresh. It’s can be one of the best burgers you can have. When it’s overcooked cold burger and limp cold barely cooked fries. It’s disgusting. Food is simply to mush money these days to be wasting it on horrible food. I have a family of five so I have to spend 30-50 dollars for just a simple meal. Not going to waist it on whataburger any longer.Wheelchair accessibility: Whataburger has always looked out for the disabled.

Woof-woof My reviews

You would think that they would know how to make a burger considering burger is Half of their nameOr two burgers there tonight the first burger was to have mayonnaise lettuce tomato onion cheese, no ketchup, no mustard. The second burger was a cheeseburger with ketchup, mustard, lettuce, tomato, pickles And no onionsThe first burger was slathered with ketchup, tomatoes were about the size of a $.50 piece and I could not find any lettuce on the burger. My wife got a simple burger with cheese, and when she opened it up, it was splattered with Onions and the cheese hadn’t even melted. I know they are a burger place but don’t you think they could put the cheese on the patty while it’s on the grill so they can melted more importantly, don’t you think if they put the cheese on the burger when it was hot and they wrapped it up by the time you got it home it would be melted unless, of course the burger was never hot to begin with Which explains why the cheese wasn’t melted.I’ve been going to Whataburger for 30+ years and The last 2 to 3 years has gotten worse product has gotten worse and for the life of me, I will never walk in the doors again of a Whataburger. You probably don’t care if you’re reading this, they sure as hell don’t care However, there are so many places to get a burger that I’m done with them and being told, could you come back and replace it. Do the damn hamburger right the first timeVegetarian options: They might as well serve vegetarian, because they damn sure don’t know how to make a hamburger

Ugh! I understand that the drive-thru line can take precedence over indoor diners, but the inside wait suffers from that. In addition my fries were served cold and crunchy, think of the fries you eat after your toddlers eat. Horrible. I wouldn't eat them, nor would l possibly request new ones when they serve these to guests in the first place? I've worked fast food and l respect it's a thankless job, however please don't serve items you can't prepare properly, as it only keeps people from returning. Unless that's your goal... Mission accomplished. Oh, the chicken sandwich was equally cold.

Normally my favorite restaurant very professional very courteous very quick always fresh food this evening whoever was running the register was antagonizing one co-worker 2 antagonize another co-worker due to a comment made about a co-worker's mother and then continued to giggle after I checked him about it very unprofessional please correct your co-workers as you have a very fine establishment and that I hate to see it deteriorate due to 1 negative influence. This happened at 9:30 pm this evening.

EXTREMELY over-priced.$9 for a burger? That's what expensive full-service restaurants charge. And whataburger takes just as long (10+ minutes) to serve their "fast food."Not at all worth the hype. Won't be wasting my time and $$$ here again.
