I ordered & paid online on a Sunday. I received a email confirmation with a time to pick up. When we arrived to pickup, there was a sign in the door that said they are closed on Sunday. When I called the next day for a refund, the manager said she’d text the boss. A week has gone by and I still don’t have a refund. I just called again and the manager said she’d text the boss again. So, no food, no refund, no explanation as to why you can order when they are closed! Avoid this place! Customer service is horrible!

To bad you have to give it a star!! As an owner of several businesses, my biggest complaint is when an establishment post their hours and then start closing down equipment and means of serving guests not only prior to closing but HALF AN HOUR before closing time posted. We drove 30 minutes to eat here after seeing that they were open until 4:00. We walked in the door and the girl behind the counter looked at us and sighed as if we were imposing on her. She had been sweeping and stopped and just gazed at us like WTF were we doing there? We ordered our food and all three of us wanted fries but because they had already cleaned and started shutting down she immediately said we are out of fries AND we are closing!!!! I told her you don't close for half an hour. We went to get our tea and they had already put the tea away. We went outside to eat and after five minutes decided it was way to hot to be outside with an 18month old but we had no option at that juncture since they literally locked us out!! Whoever is running or owns this establishment needs to address your employee and share that their paycheck doesn't come from you rather the customers they serve. That's owning a business!!!! And on another note, if your going to sport a large 3" cross around your neck you may want to check in with how your treating people. Or maybe you just ask for forgiveness at the end of your shift??

Food is great love this place. I also workin in customer service and the lady you have working is rude. Wasn’t wearing a name tag.Threw her pen down when I simply asked for sauce and then threw the sauces down in front of me on the counter. Unprofessional

This establishment deserves better reviews! I ordered a custom sub that was packed with care, had fresh, colorful veggies, and overall was really tasty! The amount of food I got was also very good value for the cost. I'd order from here again.

One of the best things about Which Wich is no longer available. As a devout Wicked Wednesday sandwich eater ( every wednesday ) I am extremely disappointed to learn that I can no longer get banana peppers and deli mustard on my wicked sandwich. They still have those items but you can no longer customize your "Wicked Your Way". Which Wich has lost me as a customer and the group of 5 that I bring with me every wednesday. Poor move on their part. SAD!

Had the Gyro sandwich. I absolutely love these. But this place just wasn't up to par. Bread was so thin that it broke apart making it hard to eat. Used a fork.. Sauce was a bit too sour for my taste. Staff was ok. Didn't seem happy to be working (who does).... Might give them another shot.
After our order they had a power outage due to the winter storm, but they were so nice and helpful still getting out our food!

I must say, the food was delicious! I had a new favorite sandwich. It was the Brunchwich. I love it!I was impressed with their attempts to provide Covid measures in the store. Especially wrapping the drink dispenser with plastic. We were still able to use it.Thank you for doing your best to keep us safe.
