After waiting 30 min for my order of wings, they told me they run out and asked me to wait another 15 min so they can fry tenders for me… I ORDERED WINGS!!!. Who runs out of wings on a Saturday lunch. Who runs this place?

This is the worst Wingstop I ever been to the wings were over cooked and dried out and top of that they couldn’t understand English and screwed up our order over all I will never come back to this location.

The only reason for the bad review was the wait time. We sat for 45 minutes. People came in and left because of the wait time. I would not go back. The wings where OK and not oven hot even with the wait we endured.

We have ordered multiple times over the years and no matter what, the order is ALWAYS wrong.
I was hesitant coming to this location because of the bad reviews about insane wait times & poor organization but was super happy with my order!! We ordered ahead enough food for 4-5 people and it was all ready within 15-20min, exactly what the website said! It was a Tuesday night so it wasn’t super busy, a few people inside & and few with carry out orders. All items were correct and fries were seasoned well and hot :) don’t knock it till you try it!!

This location can never keep up with their orders. The website should say the time it will actually take instead of always saying 17-21 minutes. Not happy with the staff but I’ll leave it at that.

Absolutely the worst customer service. They are completely unprepared for rushes. The cashiers are unfriendly And unhelpful. There are better Wing places in the area to choose from. I highly recommend you avoid Wings-Stop in Georgetown!

Wing stop being made while the whole crew stands around looking at tickets. Could have plucked the feathers off my own chicken and grew my own spices by the time they got my order. Oh and dont even thinknof ordering ahead, they will still look at tickets and giggle as not wings are made. Need new management.
