After several interactions, I can say that I've never had good service at Giovanni's. On multiple occasions, I've called in to go orders and have been given a specific time frame for when the food will be ready. Tonight, I placed an order for 2 pasta dishes and was told it would be ready in 15 minutes. I waited the 15 minutes and then showed up to pick up my order. After waiting an additional 45 minutes I finally got my food. Then I was told I had a few more minutes to wait for the bread that went with the meal. Previously, I placed an order for 1 large pizza. I was told the pizza would be ready in 30 minutes. I waited the 30 minutes and then showed up to get my food. I then waited an hour longer in the restaurant before the pizza was ready. The restaurant was not overly busy either time. It's disappointing that this place is still open and Durans closed for lack of business. The food is okay but it is not spectacular. I always try to eat at the locally owned restaurants but it's safe to say this one will no longer be on my list.

Salads are excellent. Tortellini w/ pink sauce is tender & cheesy even w/o meat. Cheers to the chef.

First time calling in pick up order. Person that answered was little help so just ordered a large veggie pizza, a medium meat pizza and side salads. One pizza burned, covered with jalapeños as main vegetable and other things I couldn't identify. Meat pizza had sausage and cuts of what appeared to be thin packaged meat. Not willing to try again.

One of the closest to NY/NJ style pizza. Good flavor, price is reasonable, and friendly small town service.

Food was ok. Not great. But VERY expensive.$28 for a pizza. $16 for chicken alfredo and the chicken was rubbery.Order wasn't correct.Kid-friendliness: They had coloring pages for Valentine's Day, and they got to put them up in the window!

Good pizza! Olive oil bread dip was great. Wouldn't pay $9 again for it bc the portion was small. Pizzas were big and had good flavor.

I got the fettuccine which was delicious and the Italian chef salad was amazing. Big enough for two people. I will definitely return. The only complaint was the marinara sauce. Three different guests complained about it including my husband. It was too sweet and bland. Fix that and I would give it 5 starts.
