Very friendly people, good service and good food. If you like the old Ma and Pa type of settings and food I recommend it.

The best hamburgers, cheeseburgers, and fries in Gilmer. Throw rocks at others and I have ate at most in town including the ones that have burger in their name.

We embarked on a culinary escapade that left us in awe! The food at this establishment was truly outstanding, offering a symphony of flavors that delighted our taste buds. While the prices were a tad high for the portions, it didn't dampen our enthusiasm. The cozy ambiance of this charming hole-in-the-wall café added to its allure. Service was satisfactory, though we suggest skipping the sweet tea--it left much to be desired. The chicken fried steak, though not the absolute best, was still worth revisiting. The basic frozen French fries may not have been exceptional, but they provided a familiar comfort. A word of caution: the Philly cheese steak, though tasty, deviates from the traditional rendition. Despite these minor caveats, we deem this spot a good choice for Gilmer and will gladly return. Oh, and don't miss out on their amazing chicken strips! Ha-ha!

Not very happy with the people that work there the last two times I've been there. Wanted to charge extra for an other very small cup of beans and the next time we went in they would not let me change my order before I was served. From a All I could eat to a four piece plate. Made no sense other than they wanted to keep the most money order!
