I got my usual tomato and basil soup with a kids grilled cheese, the recipie has been changed and now it went from creamy and delightful to watery and burnt. The recipie change was a horrible decision and I had been ordering this regularly so to get this without warning makes me sad. The service has always been lovely but I most likely will not be ordering from this location again..

ANNA AND JACKIE!!! great management partners! great manners , super super sweet ! super outgoing , always have a smile on there face. my family and i came in to Schlotzsky’s at lunch yesterday and it was super super good! first time eating here, definitely will be back!!!

Friendly staff, wonderful manager Jacky. Food is good, quick, restaurant is clean. Local pride on display with iconic photos of Gilmer. They have been very helpful with accommodating my family’s picky eaters.

I’ve been sitting in the drive thru line for 30 minutes and there are only 2 cars ahead of me. I sat at the menu for 10 minutes before they even took my order. I don’t know if they are incompetent or under staffed but it’s ridiculous.

Love their BOGO Wednesdays on pizzas and flatbreads. I take advantage of it and have one for lunch and then have the other for dinner! Employees are always courteous! The jalapeño chips are the best in the nation ?

Absolutely the worst place in Gilmer to eat. The staff are the most disrespectful and hateful employees I have ever seen in this town. Do not eat there. If they mess your order up it’s your fault. Then they will lie and say they will fix it and will not. The manager is a liar the counter staff act like you’re bothering them. Edit: since response from schlotzsky’s owner below. I’m not wasting my time going to your website, and I promise you I will never eat at any schlotzsky’s. I wouldn’t eat there if the food was free for a year. I waited until the 3rd time I had an issue with this store before I even posted this review. Plain and simple don’t eat there. Typical gaslight response.

the employees were not familiar with how to even take my order. I was told they didn't give bread sticks with the soups which it plainly state on their menu. which I pointed out more than once. $5 for a cup of soup that my 1yo could eat 3 of. gave me a packet of 2 crackers. wth. first time to go in. last time to go in. some places are better if you do not go in at all.
