I thought you were supposed to wait until you closed up to start cleaning everything? The Gilmer Taco Bell is always stating that they can’t make something because they’re cleaning the fryer two (2) hours before close. This is an all the time thing. When we spend over $62.00 on an order we’d like to get what we asked for. Sorry it inconveniences the workers that are trying to get off the clock right when they close. Then getting a crazy look of annoyance when you ask them if they can substitute for what they now can’t make. Rude employees.

I absolutely love this restaurant it's wonderful workers are so high spirit mainly the morning shift.Parking: On right side of building and nearly 20-30 parking spaces.Kid-friendliness: The employees here make sure your kids are happy always saying hi to kids and making them laugh.
The food is a toss up depending on when you go half the time their chalupas are uncooked, and they NEVER give enough sauce even when you request a specific reasonable amount. Heads up guys 1 pack of hot sauce isn't enough for 2 of your terrible burritos.

No lie, taco bell in Gilmer. I walk in around 10 on a Monday night, I walk up to the counter and wait for someone to see me this short little white girl comes around the corner with her finger up her nose walks up to the register and asks me what I want all the while picking her nose. I watched her extract what she was digging for roll it between thumb and for finger into a ball and wipe it on the front of her Taco Bell shirt. And as I'm watching all this she looks at me like I'm the one with the problem. Now if this was a SNL skit it would be funny....but it wasn't.And just so Noone thinks I'm lying there was a pretty black girl in the back making all the food. Had ling hair with blue in it(or purple).

I placed a mobile order here and I went to pick it up through the drive through. The man started to ask how he could help us and my sister said huh in a rude way. I quickly told her to be quite and that wasn't nice before apologizing to the man and telling him I had an online order. When I went to eat my taco I noticed it wasn't closed all the way and I opened it to find a sauce packet hidden under the meat. This is unacceptable. I called to explain the situation over the phone in hopes of getting a replacement and letting a manager know what happened but was quickly hung up on. I didn't eat any of it because how do I know it wasn't spit in? I took it back and the manager said she couldn't refund me because one of the items was online exclusive. I had to dispute the charge with my bank.
We ordered 5 crunchy tacos and went 5 minutes away to our house to eat and the taco shells were already soaked thru and breaking. It was like they were making them in advance to be quick in drivethru. This is part of the reason we don't go there often. I would rather wait 5 minutes for my food for it to be fresh.

Hit or miss on almost all levels.Quality of the food ranges from decent to sloppy from visit to visit. I feel like I’ve had the whole range of experiences from this single location, from feeling very satisfied, to underwhelmed, to even finding hair in my food.Service is the only thing that’s reliably good, never had a bad experience with an employee.Honesty, you pay so much for food nowadays that it would nice to know you’re going to get a consistent experience.

Asked for my crunchy taco to be subbed with a doritos Loco got a soft instead no hot sauce even though I told her to put some and asked for a large slush and got a small... didn't even get my receipt to go back and I live 15 mins away..
