Not friendly service at the drive thru. Barely spoke and certainly never smiled. They made a mistake in my drink and acted like they were mad that I went back through and asked them to correct it.

Food was not hot, but it was warm. Fries were limp. Service was great. Milkshakes were good. Chicken strips were very small. Could have gone to a real restaurant and sat down for that much money.

I ordered a salad with grilled chicken. The lettuce was brown and tomatoes were soggy. After taking the brown lettuce off, only a small portion of the salad was left. The appearance of the worker at the drive thru was not a very clean person. She had white crust in the corners of her mouth. Just disgusting.

I wished we could give a zero for this store. I have had been there before when the food and service were good. Went there tonight to eat and it was 35 outside and felt the same inside. When asked why no heat was told " the kitchen staff get hot." Are you kidding me ? So it's ok for the customer to freeze, pay high prices to only have their food to become cold before you get a chance to eat it because it's too cold inside. And on top of that I ask a young lady if they were closing early because she was stacking chairs on top of all the tables and she stated " no I am going to sweep and mop now. Never mind we were trying to eat our meal. Never saw a manager come out to address our concerns. I called the whataburger customer service and filed a complaint and ask for a refund. I truly hope the owner of this whataburger reads this. My diabled son got sick before we got home from the food. Won't be back.
