Waiting 10 minutes to order and 20 minutes for your food at a fast food establishment is ridiculous, I understand you're short staffed but it has been this way for awhile and then your order isn't right half the time!!
We went for dinner. Small town so it's always busy. You could tell they were short staffed as we only saw 4 people working but they were getting those orders out and the food was hot, fresh and right! Big Kudos to those employees Thursday night!! We saw yall working hard and the carhop was hustling!

this is the second time I order online for a pick up. And they messed up my order. they put cheese on the sandwich and I choosed no cheese and they fill up the cup with ice and I put easy on the ice and they gave me the fries with no ketchup. I do really like Sonic but these things that make me not to choose Sonic's again
