How do you let the public order from the location that clearly is on base? Then not answer the phone so we can cancel our order and request a refund since we had already paid for it online? Super frustrating and absolutely no help at all. But I’m glad you’re enjoying my tax dollars I guess

Burnt my pizza and my chicken Alfredo was extra dry no sauce or nothing on top on the small portion. Do not go to this location. Manager refused to make another order only a refund

The people were great, but the food sucks. We were on post, we were hungry, and the rest of the family did not want to get a frozen pizza at the commissary to take back to guest quarters. I chose not to fight. I knew I had the makings for a PB&J sandwich back in the rooms. We asked and paid for extra cheese, but I saw no evidence of it on the pizza. The "Supreme" came with what was supposed to be beef but looked and tasted like dulgolgi, along with pepperoni, mushrooms and onions. Oh well, I will know better next time.

They don't care to fix the problem long gray hairs in the pizza and the other pizza was half cooked. The marble brownies has way to much oil in it will make you sick.They only offer 20% off your next pizza no thanks.
Gonna be real here for a sec. This dominos was fresh, hot GARBAGE. I paid 45 dollars for 2 pepperoni pizzas and an order of the cinnamon twist things. Cinnamon twist was more like a bread twist with a hint of cinnamon. I'll chalk that up to the game. Buuuuut when I get the pizza from domino's, who is supposed to be the best, it looks worse than lil Caesars. This pizza y'all, looked like a flatbread. Domino usually has great crust that doesn't fall flat. But it did. Other than the crust, the pizza was soggy and greasy as all hell. The cheeses were orange from all the grease y'all! Dominos, what is goin on? I came to y'all as a treat. Thinking y'all would be the best. Worst pizza I've had in all of San Angelo. Don't waste your time and money. Buy from another location or another chain entirely.

What a joke. Some folks have to order diet beverages for a reason, never ordering dominos again. Shoutout to whoever lied to corporate about reaching out two days ago as well.

Ordered food, It was never delivered, called and spoke to supervisor James and the delivery driver they had left it at the wrong house, James came across as no big deal we will remake it, I was like it will be two hours late he said we making it, I had to ask multiple times for a refund because they messed up and still expected me to pay for an order two hours late, finally they came with new order and they forgot half the drink orders, and then ask if I had a receipt to see what I did order, had to call back James had already left, for being a supervisor he sure did make sure the order was correct before leaving at his shift, That shows very poor customer service and a lack of concern, it was the end of his shift so who cares I'm out, here I am waiting three hours total for my dominos order, I

I ordered a delivery less than a mile away, they directed me to N main store who directed me to Ave N, who directed me back to the base store, who I promptly called, paid, 1.5 hrs later still no pizza. Dont go, they are thieves

I love being close to the base because whenever I order I know it will be prompt and I don't have to worry about people not treating the ingredients without respect. The pizza hits different when it comes from a place that has a good reputation and workers that care!!
