“People tend to post complaints but I have to share a positive experience I had at 7AM this morning. I'm hosting a Ladies sleepover weekend and as many of you are probably experiencing, I have to go to multiple stores to get all the ingredients for recipes. This morning, I arranged for curbside at 7am at both H‑E‑B and Walmart. Walmart was out of things I needed and when I got to H‑E‑B, I asked if one particular item (fairly expensive) could be added to my order. The answer was "no" so they GAVE it to me to "thank me for my business." Brycen is the young man that made that happen. H‑E‑B always exceeds my expectations but this gesture left me speechless. H‑E‑B is the furthest grocery store from my house but because of employees like him, I will always make that 1 hour round trip to support such a great company and staff. #iLoveHEB This is exactly what my Visnostics books teach to sales and marketing teams; Always treat clients the way you want to be treated and the revenue will follow. #visnosticsalesandmarketing“
“My kids and I love visiting this delightful little donut shop. The employees at Donut House of Granbury are exceedingly polite, cheerful, kind, and generous. We are always warmly greeted and thanked. Free donut holes are included even when we purchase less than a dozen donuts. The quality of the donuts and sausage croissants is top-tier. If you're looking for delicious breakfast foods with a smile, this is the place to be.As others have said, if you want to have a wide menu of options, be sure to stop by during the morning hours. You'll find everything from old-fashioned donuts to twists, bear claws, and decorative iced donuts with fun toppings for kids.“
“Awesome donut shop! We got a sausage roll (light roll, savory sausage!) for $2.49, an apple fritter (nice accent of cinnamon without being overwhelming, just the right amount of glaze on top), and two custard filled that were so beautifully light on the dough with perfect amount of custard, sturdy enough not to fall apart while still tasting like a cloud of deliciousness.“
“This place was amazing and it was always our favorite every time we visited. My wife is from Granbury and I was happy to share in one of the last places on the square. That was around when she grew up there. I'm going to miss dearly, And I'm sorry that some California had to come in and buy it. And ruin something that was not only great, but successful and quintessentially Texan. I feel like i'm saying goodbye to an old friend.“
“Had the chocolate croissant and plain coffee. I was a bit disappointed in the amount of chocolate inside. It needed more inside and à slight drizzle on top, but it was pretty good. The coffee was nice and service was very good. The girls are hard workers. Just looking for the chocolate croissant I had once in Germany. Great little shop to frequent and chat with a friend.“
