Well, honestly, we were seated, and we opened the Menu. WOW, we left. We did not even order drinks. We could not afford to eat there. Prices have gone up too high for us.We are both retired and on social security - but Hoffbrau is off our list. We just cannot afford to eat there.On a positive note, when prices were reasonable, we enjoyed eating there. Sorry Hoffbraus, we just cannot afford you anymore.?

The waiter was scattered he took a long time to get rolling, but food was good
Went to eat there with one of my sons. It was busy, but we were able to get a seat quickly. Our waiter was quick to respond and took good care of us. The food was spectacular.
I got the Brazos burger and the meat was under-seasoned and overcooked. The whole burger itself was also very dry. The fries were okay but also under-seasoned.

My husband and I are new to Grandbury and he wanted to take me some where nice but casual after a day of unpacking. We found Hoffbrau and decided to try it. We have a Hoffbrau in San Antonio but it is completely different from this one. We waited less than 10 minutes to e seated, our server was fantastic and very knowledgeable. The atmosphere is cozy and the ambience is light. We will definitely return! My husband has the chicken fried steam with a loaded bake potato and broccoli. I had the grilled chicken, loaded baked potato and a salad. We each had drinks to enjoy with our dinner. We alsoll ordered dessert, which was also very delicious!!! Highly recommended!

Hoffbrau in Granbury was excellent. Really enjoyed the food, atmosphere, and the service was spot on friendly and attentive. Really wish there was another Hoffbrau open close to home in Roanoke/Trophy Club area. I will continue to enjoy going to this location when I visit the parents/grandparents in Granbury.
I strongly recommend the smoked sirloin.
