Drinks automatically are iced unless you ask for it hot. They don’t give you a choice of hot or iced when you’re ordering at the register, even when the drinks has ‘flames’ next to it on their menu (which I thought indicated the drink was served hot, as it was my first time here).They fixed up my coffee though and it tasted good so all ended well.
One of the best Vietnamese coffee I've had, and that says a lot coming from a Viet person who craves it almost on a daily basis. I like this drink specifically at this location because they have crushed ice, which makes ALL the difference. For some reason, the 7Leaves in other locations like Houston and Carrolton don't do crushed ice for their drinks, so I always stick with this location. My taro milk tea with honey Boba was perfection in a cup. The place was small but charming. I wish I could say the same about the employees. I know it was a holiday, and I'm sure they did NOT want to be there. But the service brought down the whole experience.
