My wife and I went here this morning and arrived right at 11am when they are supposed to open. The doors were still locked so weighted and 11:10 still nothing. There was a guy and girl working but never even acknowledged us or said anything. I called only to be told they were running behind and wouldn’t open until 12pm. So, I guess they were just going to let people wait and not say anything. They could’ve at least stuck a note on the door. This terrible customer service. The girl on the phone was rude and didn’t even care. We drove 15-20 minutes to get some pretzels. What a waste!

No better stop for break than Auntie Anne’s pretzels during shopping. Smell captivates everyone. My favorite is cinnamon nuggets with cheese dip.
Maybe manage your menu production better. Always out of something when clearly you dont have a large menu and clearly enough staff on vs business level and still have ingredients. Food cost vs loss of business.

I've been going here weekly every since about two weeks and everything was great, I went today 1-30-23 and received horrible customer service with the lady at the register by the name of Crystal, she tried to over charge me for what I was getting, then she tried to give me old pretzels, she was very lazy and did not know what she was doing, if I go back and she's there I will not make a purchase.

They never have anyone. You always have to wait for over 20 minutes. Never open on time because nothing is baked.

This place has repeatedly let me down time and time again. It is now 6:32p. The store hours clearly state they close at 7pm. Why are the doors locked? If you aren’t open to until 7p, change the hours on Google. Absolutely absurd and a waste of time. Don’t recommend!
