Just went to the drive thru, it’s 11:19pm and Chris (claimed he is the Manager) informed me they were only accepting mobile orders. Very rude; I tried to explain the website does not mention this and he said “Well I’m telling you”! Never again will I visit this Burger King. This Manager definitely needs some customer service training, do better Burger King!

This location sucks!! I love BK and their food but this one is terrible. It's close to where I work so I've gone here 3 times recently and all 3 have turned out bad. Multiple menu items not in stock, undercooked food and mediocre service. I'll pass on returning to this location, smh.

Every time I go to Burger King, brings up all the good childhood memories. Only thing better than flame broiled Burger was a mama's burger from home. I grew up two blocks from one. After I grew up I moved two blocks buy another one by coincidence. You can't go wrong with this BURGER KING....

All the bad reviews are true! The service is the worst , even for a drive thru! Had my order completely wrong, my fries completely cold and the person who took my order talked to me angrily and impatiently. Burger King do better!

First, the drink machine was out of most choices, all that was left was carbonated and sugary (we usually get Unsweet Tea). When I (finally) got someone's attention to ask about tea, the employee looked at me like I was crazy for asking. When the food came my daughter's Impossible Burger was burnt around the edges. The TV in the dining area was on football, turned up loud and extremely distracting. We will not be back.

Need English speaking person to work drive thru .. got my entire order wrong after I had to say it twice

Got to the drive thru, girl on the other end said to give her just a second. 5 mins later We say "hello" Same girl responds in a condescending tone "I said wait just a second" 5 more minutes later everyone left the line, lost like 6 orders at once. The franchise owner should be ashamed of how these employees are running their business. Putting a great chain to shame.

The young man Avante at the drive through was extremely politebut the manager Naomi for the PM shift made me buy something when I was using my points for a free burger. She wouldn’t allow the young man to give me my free sandwich unless I bought something. When I had went to another location, they said it was free and that I shouldn’t have been charged for using my saved reward points.
