Former employee here, I worked at this location for a few years.I recommend the knockout burger, 1984 burger, Texas tiki chicken sandwich, and any of the sides. The basil mayo on the knockout burger and the 1984 sauce are great on your burger and on the side. Not to mention their house made ranch dressing.The burgers are a good size and often delicious although a little overpriced.The fries are made from good quality potatoes and the potatoes are washed and portioned every morning.This particular location is great on weekends, but the kitchen staff during the week is unclean and lazy. I witnessed the grill op cut corners in his work, opting to get food out to the customer ‘quickly’ at the expense of quality.The kitchen staff don’t bother to even wipe down their work stations until the very end of the day and have no problem with leaving plates and trash on the tables for hours at a time.The best days to go are on weekends when the better grill op is there.Vegetarian options: You can order a veggie burger. Alternatively if you’re just looking for a slightly healthier option, you can substitute the bun for a whole wheat bun or a lettuce wrap. There is also a turkey burger

Found two really long hairs wrapped around a burger I ordered. Someone with long dyed hair maybe? A suggestion for the owner/manager: please have your cooks and front staff wear hair nets. Anyone with long hair should have it up in a bun to prevent things like this from happening.

I love Chapps, but I dislike coming to this location although it is closer to me. I typically drive to the location in North Arlington off Green Oaks. This location can never seem to get my order correct although it’s a basic order. My burger was made incorrectly today and they simply wiped off my burger patty, slapped a new piece of cheese on the patty, and toasted a new top bun. I’ll continue to drive across town from here on. The two girls at the front were nice though!

I ordered food for pick up. (veggie burger/cajun fries) When I arrived for pick up their wifi was not working. They were unable to process my payment. (not my fault) The young lady kept apologizing as she took the food back to the kitchen. (terrible customer service) Will I ever go back? NEVER!
