Save your money and eat at home; it's not worth it! The new name is Tacos y Mas, and with the name change, the food quality has declined. When this establishment was Cheesesteak House, the food was seasoned, fresh, and worth the cost. Now, the meat on the cheesesteak is dry and tastes like fish. The Quesabirria tacos are good by themselves, but the consomé is straight-up grease--no flavor, just grease and onions floating around. The churros look like they've been sitting all day.

Tried this place a few times and each time it's gets worse. The first time I dined in and both the food and service were great. The cheesesteak my boyfriend and I split had enough meat to fill us both, the fries were fresh and the service was on point. Three times since then, I've ordered delivery to my home and it's been terrible. Barely any meat in the sandwich, most of the fries were over cooked a few weren't cooked at all..and then there were the ones that were edible. ALL of them were cold. I guess I keep trying to chase that 1st visit where everything was perfect, but clearly that isn't ever going to happen again. This was definitely my last time giving it a try..

My Husband and I have been here many times and each time it gets worse. The customer service is terrible. The owner needs to hire people who can communicate and be nice to customers. And they change a surcharge on every order now. We will not be back and I would recommend that others take their business to places that will appreciate their customers.

The taste is good but they don't put very much meat on the sandwich definitely doesn't look like the picture on the menu for the price and the portion don't think I'll return smh

Got the beef cheesesteak here at the drive through couple days ago, most horrible tasting thing ever idk what kind of meat they used must’ve been dog meat or monkey ankles. I wouldn’t even feed this to my pets.

Having lived in Philly, this is not tops on my list of a good Philly cheesesteak. It was just ok. The bread is key to a Philly cheesesteak and it falls short here. The steak itself is not bad, but I ordered the cheesy cheesesteak and could hardly see or taste the cheese. It's all about the cheese wiz for a good steak. The inside of the restaurant is inviting with enough tables, tvs for sports, and a bar. Service was good as the cashiers were friendly. They do have a good variety on the menu. This was our first visit and uncertain if I would return. Probably going to explore more of DFW for a better cheesesteak.Best Philly Steak I've found outside of Philly is at Youz Guys in Universial City by San Antonio, TX

I got the nachos, loaded fries and cheesy cheesesteak. Nothing had flavor. Prices are affordable but food is just not good. Not enough meat in Philly and again the meat is flavorless.

I ordered BBQ cheese steak. There was hardly any meet on the bun, all bread. I said something to the lady that took my order and she said they make it different ways each time, and got back on her phone. This place is awful.

Cheesesteak house never disappoints. It always tastes amazing! I enjoy getting the cheesy cheesesteak with mushrooms and my partner gets the shrimp cheesesteak. I definitely recommend if your looking for delicious food in Grand Prairie. Pro tip: dine-in for the fresh taste.

Ate here because a friend of mine recommended it. After coming to this place twice now. I can firmly say their food is delicious. The Philly I got was the cheesesteak one and was very flavorful and enjoyable to eat. Their wings are also surprisingly good too. The inside of the restaurant had a mellow vibe and I was satisfied with the customer service. I would definitely recommend anyone to eat here.

Not a cheese steak. More like a cheese and meat sandwich. Coming from the Philadelphia area, where actual cheesesteaks exist, this is a poor, and I mean poor attempt at a cheesesteak. You should never run out of meat before you run out of bread. I tried this cheese steak and was very disappointed by the amount of meat the put in the sandwich. Where I have lived for the last 20 years if you can close the bread and not see any meat then you need more meat. The cheese is eh, I am used to provolone and whiz, you can do American cheese in a pinch but, provolone and whiz are the way to go. I hope someone that runs the Cheese Steak House sees this and try's to make some changes for the better, because as of right now you guys are more of a cheese steak shack, than a house.

Terrible service when calling to put a order lady answered and just put the phone down on the counter. Then after 10 minutes she picks up the order phone and tries to take my order then puts the phone down on the counter and then 10 minutes later she just hung up. We get food there every Friday and to make it easy call ahead it seems taking orders is not something that matter to this location. I know they don’t care about customers

Ehhh I could leave the Cheesesteak House right where they're at. The customer service is good, but this restaurant was very disappointing. I ordered the Jasmin's Special and I wondered where was all of the toppings. My husband ordered the Chessy Cheesesteak and I was wondering where was the cheese. I do not remember seeing cheese on his cheessteak as he ate it. Also, I think he received the same 2 tablespoons of Cheesesteak meat on his item that I did on mine. Also, the Pepsi soda machine drinks were all flat. Literally, all of them were flat..we tried every.since.one. As for the ambiance and the, this restaurant looks like you could have a good time on a game day or a hangout day with friends. It was nice and quiet when we were there. However, I doubt that they will ever see my face again.

Would not recommend at all.. this place was NOTHING NOTHING like the oak cliff location. I'm so disappointed with the food I got here I will never be back to this location. They are skimping out in the food big time. I got the 8 inch cheesy cheese steak and when I opened it up it looked like they just gave me a bun. I had to open it to see if they put any meat in the damn thing and to my surprise they graciously gave me a few teaspoons of meat and cheese. My first two bites were just bread before I got to the meat. Wtf I never got this at the Oak Cliff location. To top it off the damn soda machine was busted. All the drinks tasted like carbonated water with food coloring. Do yourself a favor and drive the extra miles to the Oak Cliff location.

Ample room inside the restaurant with TVs inside. There's a great selection cheesesteaks and other options on the menu. Be sure to try their special sauces!
