Nicole is the absolute worst. I placed a mobile app order and picked up at the drive thru. I drove 25 minutes back home only to realize that part of my order was missing. I call and Nicole tells me she will replace what was missing. I then proceed to tell her that I live 25 minutes away and it’s pouring rain. She proceeds to tell me that she will replace my whole order if I come back. I go back about an hour later because again it’s pouring rain and there is a lot of traffic. Once I get there and ask for her she acts like she has no clue what I am talking about and giggles with her co workers about the situation. At this point I am livid because I wouldn’t have came back. I’m not upset about the money I spent. I am upset that because she made me out to be a liar. Like she didn’t promise me all the items on my receipt. I am so disappointed and will be contacting corporate. She could have handled this situation differently and not have been rude and careless about it.

I'm waiting for 4 dollars in change in the drive-through, and one of the managers asks me what I'm waiting for. I tell her 4 bucks. I've been waiting maybe a couple of minutes. No big deal. She gave me the change and then told me I didn't tell her that I was waiting for change with some attitude. Then she rolls her eyes at me like I'm retarded when I tell her I didn't say that. That's not the kind of people I'd want managing my business. I did absolutely nothing to warrant that kind of attitude.

I love chick-fil-a! The customer service at this location is beyond rude, like Roxann is aggressively unwelcoming! I placed a mobile order for dine in and arrived at 846 and was told my order would now be carryout because the dining room closes at 9. Seeing how the app let me place the order for dine in and they don't actually close until 10 I thought it would be OK. They turned the lights off and on loudly put chairs up at 9 on the dot. I was done eating at 906! Like really?! I asked for a refill on my way put and was told I couldn't have one since the dining room was closed, but I could get in the drive thru line to get one. I felt like that was petty and rude. I will never visit this location again. Wow incredibly rude.

Chick-fil-A, noooooooooo! Don’t go to the dark-side and use the force! My wife loves your Cobb salad. She’s ordered the Cobb salad for years. Today she did not get an egg and the lettuce was Iceberg lettuce…..this isn’t the first time Iceberg lettuce has been used recently which makes us thinks this is the new normal which is a huge turn off. My wife has been ordering salads from you because the standard of better quality lettuce and simply a better salad than the competition has been the norm. I really hope this isn’t the new normal with the salad quality because if it is you’ve lost a family of customers.Thanks.?

Waited in line behind almost 20 cars to get cold fries that were half full, cold nuggets and a chicken sandwich so small that you can fold the bag in half. Pulled the sandwich out and show the guy that handed it to me and he tells me " well I don't know what to tell you." $19 dollars for a meal and completely ripped off. It's a shame that even Chick-fil-A service is bad now and going cheap on the customers with little sandwiches.
