wouldn’t recommend ordering online they mess up my order every time & then I don’t get an apology. They’re ridiculous, I got a quesadilla and mange to get a whole bowl that I didn’t order, two different things. I understand maybe once, but this has occurred several times.

Went in with my brother. The lady asked what we wanted, my brother said “a burrito bowl please”. She snapped at us and rolled her eyes, saying with an extremely rude attitude, “..so a burrito OR a bowl?” As if we were in the wrong. I get it, I work in the food industry and things can get frustrating but there was genuinely no reason for us to be treated like that. It’s literally called a burrito bowl, train your employees better. Why are you getting upset at your customers for calling it the right thing? Kind of weird but alright. This location is also extremely dirty. Food all over the floors and tables. Disgusting. Won’t be eating here again.

I've came many times to this place and this is the second time that one specific cashier charges us more then what is expected. I don't know if its because we are Hispanic and won't know/say anything. Hopefully it doesn't happen again.

My first time going, the food was fabulous. I Would visit often if there was one closer to where I live, but I am 5 and a 1/2 hours away, and my city does not offer this restaurant .
