Orders a 3 piece white spicy and received an original wing,a spicy drumstick and a spicy breast.I had to pay extra for getting just white and they still sent me dark chicken and non spicy chicken.The chicken was dried out and was barely edible.The biscuits were super hard like they have been sitting under the heat all day long.Never have I had such an awful experience with them.This was the absolute worse!!

On my first visit, I ordered "The BACH" (Bacon And Cheese Hamburger) meal which I had for lunch & crawfish fried rice for later that night. Both were off the chain delicious. The burger patty was fresh made & I believe hand pressed. The lettuce was crisp. The tomatoes were fresh & juicy. And so were the pickles. Everything about the burger was great. As for the crawfish fried rice. I got it cajun style, which gave it a spiciness. The only thing I felt it was missing was egg scrambled in. Aside from that, it, too, was very delicious. I will be going back to try the other items on the menu.

It seems like they keep messing up people's orders trying to give them mashed potatoes instead of the side that they asked for. I also was missing my biscuits.Checked receipt and the pricing was different than what was on the drive thru board, so not sure what that was about.Would not recommend this location.
Took me 50 minutes to order and half of it was wrong any way. Sat in the drive thru for 20 to find it it was closed without any notice at 4pm on a Wednesday. I headed inside to forcibly be told to wait to service others that just walked in while I waited an additional 30 minutes inside.

Ordered through UberEats like another patron did. I ordered TODAY.. received the 3 piece chicken, and mashed potatoes. I did not order mashed potatoes, I ordered fries and coleslaw. Did not receive... nor did I receive the hot sauce, honey and ketchup as requested.. very disappointed, and I want to be reimbursed..this was my lunch for today. Now I have to spend money on something else. I attempted to call, this location, and the number is not working..awful.. I don't appreciate WASTING money, and not receiving my full purchase.. SINCERELY ANNOYED.

Since when can you not get a 8 piece chicken just the chicken? I have to get sides? (Mandatory?) There's no way of just getting 8 pieces? I was told if I only wanted 8 pieces of chicken I would still have to pay the full price for the family meal $22.99. Any other place I can order just chicken, or the sandwich or anything. I can not believe it's a requirement to get the meal over just eight pieces of spicy chicken...
