This chicken is not what I expected nor what I've had in the past! I'm so disappointed because it was not crispy at all. It was in a watery liquid in the container. The fries were the star of the show! All three of us were not impressed and we have a whole container of chicken left which is highly unusual. We tried it but we definitely didn't like it. I'm so sorry for straying away from CM and I promise it won't happen again!

Terrible experience. See photos for reference. Expectations vs reality. The bun was cold. As if it was just pulled out of the freezer. The sauce wasn't cooked into the sandwich, rather, it was just dumped on as an afterthought...making this a mess. This chicken sandwich was an $9 mistake

✨Fried Chicken Hidden Gem✨?We ordered the Boneless Garlic Soy Chicken and the portion was so large, we had lots of left overs. The flavors were amazing and the wings had great breading and crunch!✨Cost - the price was comparable to BBQ chicken, so it was very reasonable for the quality and portion size.✨Highly recommend this place to anyone in the area who loves Korean fried chicken!

Delicious crispy wings, the flavor was great!! I had the regular fried wings with no sauce since that’s my preference. Definitely going back to Seoul Chicken when I’m in town!! My go to is usually No. 1 Plus Chicken and this will be added to my list as one of the top KFC restaurants in DFW.

I came from Houston, TX and wanted to try out a chicken restaurant when I was visiting DFW.A friend also recommended me this place so I might as well try it out.The garlic soy chicken is what I had. Not disappointed at all, I really liked the flavor and thought it was delicious.The service and staff were friendly as well. I will come back again in the future.

Snow onion chicken is terrible. CM Chicken in Carolltion wakes it 1 million times better.1. Look at the color of the sauce in my photo. Not white like snow onion chicken. Didn't taste correct at all. Definitely not snow onion chicken.2. The coating on the chicken was paper thin and falling off. Definitely not done correct. Not korean style.3. And the chicken itself had problems. Looked like freezer burn or something.

MMMMMMMMM thinkin about eatin this chicken is realllllly sumn ? ?? I drive 45 min and it’s worth every min! Crispy, the seasonings are perfect, and the smell alone will knock you over phewwww! I usually get the plain tenders but the soy garlic was also delicious. The older gentleman that worked there is always very lovely and helpful! See you next time!Parking: Lots of open parking

I had a disappointing experience at the restaurant. The chicken was the worst I’ve ever had - it had a stiff texture, and I experienced jaw pain while eating. It seemed like it had been fried multiple times. I won’t be returning.
