I recently visited Dairy Queen and was extremely disappointed with my experience. The chicken strips I ordered were coated in old, soggy breading and chicken was incredibly dry. The French fries were also a letdown, as they were served cold and soggy, completely lacking any crispiness. To make matters worse, the fountain drinks were lukewarm and flat, with no ice to be found. While I understand that it's a fast-food restaurant, the quality of the food should not be this abysmal. Overall, my dining experience at Dairy Queen was incredibly unsatisfactory, and I would not recommend it to anyone looking for a decent meal. Management should really look into training staff and checking food quality

If I could give this location zero stars, I absolutely would. This is the most UNPROFESSIONAL establishment I’ve ever came across and this was my second horrible experience in a row with the staff and I was quiet the first time. The manager is extremely rude and sounds miserable every time she’s on the speaker. I say “hello” and wait another couple minutes to say “hello” again and the manager responded “ONE SECOND MAM” in the most frustrating tone, Told me I had to get out of the drive thru line to come inside to get my online order because “it’s policy and I can hold up the line” … for two small blizzards? I understand it may be your policy but it’s not about what you say it’s how you say things right? Heard that one before?I sincerely wish this whole encounter was recorded to be a prime example of what terrible customer service is. I was extremely fed up and stated I’ve gotten my order in the drive thru many times before and she proceeds to rebuttal in the most condescending tone just going back and forth about policies. At this point we’re wasting time arguing and I ask can I pull forward and get my order.. the manager says “well I was going to let you, until you were rude. now you can come in” as if you weren’t rude FROM THE BEGINNING? I am NOT going to bend backwards for your policies when you lack BASIC communication skills. Then another member (sounded like a young girl) gets onto the speaker ( I guess since the manager walked away) and starts telling me how “hateful” and “rude” I was and says I can pull forward and then says nvm come in.” THIS IS ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. If I had not continuously had to say “are you going to let me pull forward or not” we would’ve continued arguing and them trying to further prove their point versus moving along and telling me to come in next time please. Terrible leadership and even more disappointing that the employees have begun to follow suit. I specifically ordered online to avoid another bad encounter like last time and it was worse. Now I feel like I have to never come back solely due to the service. Never order food only blizzards which are good. Please do better. Customer service isn’t rocket science.

Incredibly rude staff, didn’t get my order right and proceeded to make me pay for another then didn’t give me back my card and has no working phone number. Very disappointed

Service is hit or miss at this location. As mentioned below...dipped cones ALWAYS have cracks in the chocolate. Also need to cut back on the AC. This location is always freezing cold no matter what time of year it is...you need a parka! I've heard several customers complain about it but never does any good

Dude behind counter - you could tell did not want to be there and he made sure to show it through body language and short vocal communication. Food was good. You would think for 70.00 in food would come with free ranch dressing but that was 2.00 extra...

This particular trip I got a dipped cone. This is the third time I have gone there for dipped cones and it seems like they don't have anyone that knows how to make them. Each time the cone is leaning like The Tower of Pisa and there are cracks in the chocolate where the vanilla leaks out and have a big mess each time. Perhaps they are trying to save on chocolate and it is so thin it cracks, anyhow won't waste my money anymore. The tacos have been good though.

Service and food was nothing to rave about. Honestly, this place could use a good deep cleaning. Tables were not clean & the restrooms were not clean. The restrooms didn't have paper towels available only a hand air dryer which can harbor tons of bacteria. I wouldn't go back to this place.

The drive tru server is very rude? A the manager turned it around on me and said that I was yelling at her. when the girl said that she couldn't understand me? ?
In the drive thru they did not give me my complete order, received half of the order..The day of I tried to call and did not get through, but the next day I was able to swing by and speak to a Mamager and she apologized and made it right.
Sad. Growing up in Texas, I have expectations about DQ. This location failed pretty hard. Ordered the steak finger basket with fries. Both were cold. This meal should be a comfort, but it failed. I hope the ownership sees this and tries better.
