I have been going to the Dunkin Donuts location on Pioneer Pkwy in Grand Prairie for 6 years. Not ONCE have the gotten my order right. They always forget something, give me the wrong item, I ask for very little cream in my cup of coffee and get a whole cup of what looks like milk, Ava the worst of the worst, I order hot food and it's STILL frozen. This is not an occasional thing, this is EVERY TIME I go. Today was my last day as a customer at this location. I'm tired of calling and complaining, waiting out front for half an hour while they "fix" my order, I'm just done. This is the ONLY location I have this problem at Today they forgot my daughter's breakfast, and we had to wait out front only to be trapped in the parking lot by the line that wraps around the building, the have us the wrong donuts and my coffee was burnt. I consider myself an understanding and patient customer. I tip well, I bite my tongue, but after 6 years I've come to the conclusion that this location just doesn't care about their customer service, and they don't care who they hire which leads to a bunch of incompetent, lazy employees making the entire establishment look bad. It is such a shame because again, I NEVER have any issues with any other location I've been to, and I usually love the coffee and breakfast menu, but this location just makes me want to give up on the chain altogether.
