I visited for the first time yesterday and the food and service was extremely incredible. The atmosphere was very welcoming and all the staff was very nice. The food was really good and they were quick with the service. 10/10 would definitely recommend.

I purchased the double Baja shrimp tostadas. The first time it was good so I decided to buy it a week later. The shrimp was so rubbery. The quantity was not worth $13.53. Who ever was preparing the today did a poor job!

First time here and the service was on point. Have visited many locations around here and this is the best one with great customer service. Sandy the manager make me felt welcome. Tony very friendly and polite best service there is. The chicken was very juicy and fresh. This locations is very clean. Notice a tv in the lobby would of been nice if it was turn on. Enjoy the music from the employees. Looked like they enjoyed their jobs. Will recommend this place to my co workers 100%

I visited the El pollo loco at 2125 N Hwy 360OMG been to a few,but the cleaningness,the customer service,the food there are 5 stars ..think the manager name is Sandy Alvarado..she and her staff member are excellent at their position and very customer friendly..she should get a promotion and be a training for a few restaurants.. because that place is awesome and will recommend anyone to eat there and enjoy..

So excited to finally find an El Pollo Loco here in DFW. The staff were beyond helpful, great conversation and served us like we were royalty. The regional manager Omar just happened to be there and was the best. Very passionate about his job and proud of the organization. Well done El Pollo Loco team! I'll be coming back....A Lot!
