I won’t EVER COME BACK HERE! We had the worst experience the chicken was COLD As well as the Okra! We were visiting from Houston Tx. The customer service was horrible!

This location stole money from me after they did not complete an order. When I told them, I could not wait for the order I asked them to cancel it. I had already waited 20 minutes! They refused! The manager said because I placed it online even though I placed it as a guest not through the app they could not refund me my money. They kept the order, but I have sent multiple emails to corporate! No one has responded because there’s no way to request your money online like the manager with red hair stated. This location is notorious for having incomplete orders and they will make you wait twice as long to get the rest of your order cause they’re more worried about the people in line. Do not go to this location. They will keep your money. Unless you like incomplete orders. On top of being lied to by people who think they’re management. Her response to me was “well it’s not my fault I didn’t make it”. But she was the manager standing at the front counter. Yet she couldn’t check the ticket to make sure it was complete. They still have my money and refused to give it back!

We ordered the Roasted chicken and rolls special. Chicken was moist, freshly cooked and delicious. Rolls were hot and right out of the oven.
Check your order before you leave, I promise you it’s wrong. Especially if the old man is at the window.

The guy at the drive thru has the best voice! Sounds like a radio host. He was nice and patient with me trying to decide what to order. Overall, he made my drive thru experience very pleasant after a long day at work. Reciept said host was Shawn, came at 5pm on Thursday.

We got take out from here on a Friday evening. They were very busy, so I decided to go inside and order rather than the drive-thru. The inside is very clean. I was impressed because, as busy as they were, the floors were also very clean. I had to wait a little bit for our food, but it was worth the wait. My husband got strips, and they were seasoned just right. I got the fried thighs combo. ? So, so good! I'm not crazy about their mashed potatoes, but the sweet tea is awesome! Next time, I will try the roasted chicken. Enjoy!
