The service was just, not even slightly okay. They make some drinks differently than the other locations (I frequent this chain in DFW) and when I was a bit confused about it, they were pretty rude about it. Everything else about the visit was just okay.

Overpriced boba here in the Asian Times Square there's another spot where it's $5 for boba for the same exact size as large and not a healthy place where they don't use gloves nor hair nets and the person that takes the order talks real silent and you can barely understand her .
I recently visited this boba store, and it was great ! The boba pearls were perfectly chewy, and I love their strawberry crème brûlée drink.Parking: very large parking lot.Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp and it’s easy to get through the door
My go to place for when that boba craving hits. My usual order is the mango milk slush. Love that I can replace the milk for almond milk!

I love gong cha I always go there and buy it but to day I tell them I want to use my rewards points but the guy said I have to pay first then he will let me use it so i pay first so I ask him can I use now he say you already pay you can't use anymore. I don't feel like going there anymore they don't help at all.
