I placed a order thru Doordash.I ordered 2 sourdough burgers and 2 order's of tacos. I spent $25.51. Food was not edible.Burgers had only a tomato no condiments. Bun was not fresh.Tacos were not fresh and couldn't be eaten as it was too had and it only had lettuce and hot sauce. I have never been so unsatisfied. I will not return. I paid $25.51. And we could not eat!

I've never understood why this location that is extremely busy is always lacking extra help. The location is clearly popular and successful, you can pass by it, day or night and there's always a line.Even before the renovation, I've been coming to this Jack for over 14+ years now. I've seen many employees over the years and it's always the same. It's SLOW, so slow and it's because they're understaffed. They've always been understaffed.Literally, 1 employee can be running the register, cooking and making the food, packaging it and giving it out, also they do drive thru. They do it all. They need more help. It's messed up for them. I'm sure they're stressed.

Seriously, please stay away from this location!! Every single time I have ordered for delivery, or take out, my order was screwed up, missing items, less than half full fries, or way overcharged!! You can't call the restaurant cause all it does is go to some weird message. I have had to contact customer service at least 10 times in the past month. They tried to make it right and sent me a coupon for a free combo meal. I made the mistake, again, of giving them one more try this past weekend. I sent my daughter up there to get 10 tacos. They are 2 for 0.99 cents! Well, they charged her 9.15 cents instead of 5 and some change. I did get 10 tacos, but way overpriced! I tried to call, no luck, sent 2 complaints through the customer service contact not a single response back! This is hands down the absolute worst location I have ever dealt with, and now the way the customer service complaint site is ignoring me, im starting to think it's just jack in the box in general. Go down the road to the one on I20 and stay clear of this one!! If you go to this one, good luck!! You've been warned!!

I been coming to this Jack in the box for about 2 years. Ever since the staff has changed for some reason everybody got a damn attitude. The food not even that good to be acting like assholes. You come to this location you're going to feel like your being rushed, pressed , and disrespected. Like you had every choice for a job and you chose Jack in the box. It's not our problem. Will start letting everyone know how shady this location is .
