I don't know if the girl work on the window though she was funny... But I asked her a regular cup of coffee and she gave me decaf. If you think people can't tell the difference you're mistaken.I don't like Not getting what I pay for. Especially when it comes to coffee.

Got my food. And everything I ordered was as wrong. My food was completely cold. I asked for regular fries they gave me a mixture of both regular and curly fries which was freaking cold! Asked for regular , classic chicken wrapped, they did the opposite even though the receipt states what I asked for. Worst jack in the box ever. Corporate needs to review this location. Seems like they can never get it right there.

We used the drive in. We got something different than what we ordered, but unfortunately we didn't look in the bags until we got to the hotel.And what was there as a surprise was unfortunately not tasty.

I was asked to move to the front to wait on my order and after I obliged they forgot about me. After going inside to remind them they owed me food , it wasn't cooked good and I never knew anyone could botch fast food.If I do go back it'll be to make an order and leave without paying. Or maybe even to breakdown at the window you pay at to feel like I got even. I'll probably just not eat here and leave this review up though.

This young lady provided terrible service and quite honestly needs to be fired!!! I'm not sure if it's because she works night shift so she felt like she can get away with it but I have never received such terrible treatment. She was soooooo rude and discourteous and insinuated that I was trying to get free food because I was returning food that was not fresh. Returning the food with my receipt and still chose not to service me. She called me a "free loading bitch" and slammed the window in my face and refused to service me. Rest assured, I will be taking this up with corporate.

Fraud at this location!!!! Two orders placed via mobile app and trying to call the store location and number is disconnected. I believe this has to be internal for it to be consecutively at same location.
