I usually do the drive through and lately it's been really bad They would have me pull around to wait for my food but the cars behind me would get theirs I don't understand first come first serve is my motto. The fries are always cold and the Taco seem to not have any Food in it just a shell.

The wait wasn't long. The service was great. There was a language barrier, but the woman taking our order did a great job getting everything right. She even asked questions once we reached the delivery window to make sure she understood what we wanted. She did it with a smile!Salute to Jack in the box at Epic West in Grand Prairie!Wheelchair accessibility: This location is fairly new, so the concrete is nice and uncracked, leading from the parking into the store. The doors to enter are free moving and ADA approved.

I used the drive-thru, and it was fast and easy. The location was clean and the attendant was polite and upbeat. The food was fresh and the temperature was perfect.
Burger was cold, salad needed more chicken, didn't get the dressing for the salad, didn't get the condiments requested. I expected more from Jack in the box.

Cleaner than the Green Oaks / 360 location. Does NOT have the coke freestyle machine which is not a big deal since they probably wouldn't order the flavors that are supposed to be served. Burgers were good but could have been better. The cheese on mine was not melted.Vegetarian options: None available.Kid-friendliness: Has a kids menu. We finally gave our newest Jack in the Box another chance after its dismal opening. I was very happy with the results. The drive-through service was quick and accurate. The food, especially the egg rolls and the shake, was better than I remembered. They still get my vote for best egg rolls!
