Awful service. I showed up yesterday with my girlfriend and we were seated by an emotionless worker at the entrance and we were waiting for over 10 minutes for anyone to show up and the waitresses looked like they were just gone. Right after they showed up they went to two other tables that got there before we did and my girlfriend and I got very upset about this so we walked out. Seems like nobody cares about their jobs there, ended up going to Twisted Burger in Arlington instead service is AWFUL here. Not coming here again.

This was a pure disappointment from start to finish. If you care at all about cleanliness - do not eat here. We were in the vehicle placing a to-go order and observed a server on the patio- interacting with 2 females in their 50’s who had a dog at the table. The dog was licking the table and sitting on it. The server picked up the dog and held it, handed it to the lady then picked up the dogs blanket. She went straight back to interacting with people and their food. When those ladies left- another couple were sat at the same table and it was not cleaned. Meanwhile- our order took so long to complete we had to call twice. We asked for a manager and spoke to Earl. When we shared what we saw the server do- he was very casual, and dismissive of the behavior- because one of the women was her mom. Very low standards by management. My food was Wrong. Specified mayo- no mustard, my burger was covered in it. Basically nothing went right. These people basically do not care about accuracy, service or cleanliness so proceed at your own risk.it was actually horrible.

Ordered fried pickles and were exaggerated salty, onion rings were very greasy that on every bite oli would drip from the bite. Burger was cold didn't even enjoy at all. Burger patties were super thin. Not coming back at all. You need better flavor for food.

Food was great. Came on Sunday during brunch hours. Service was top notch from Victoria, she was extremely attentive. Ordering to it coming out was pretty quick. Enjoyed our burger and you can customize it as you want.

Don't believe the hype. Hostesses were rude. We asked for a booth, she said none available.. when we were seated we saw at least 4 empty booths.. Then our waiter seemed to forget about us..
My waitress was really really sweet. But I have to say I will never go back! The first time I went right after covid and things were starting to open. My brother was facing the back of restaurant and a guy comes through from the bar , projectile vomiting everywhere around us !!!! We couldn’t eat but they didn’t take it off of our bill !! So needless to say, we haven’t been back for a couple of years . Today I decided to give it a shot and I will never go back !! Like I said my waitress was amazing but the food was really bad . I ordered a hamburger with bacon and cheese and it looked HUGE but in reality the meat was cold and as thin as a McDonald’s child’s burger and was so grisily I had to put it in a napkin politely. I was so looking forward to a REAL burger all juicy and thick and tasty but alas this certainly wasn’t the place. No strike 3 ! You’re out on 2 !!!
