The staff are so condescending and have terrible customer service. I never leave a business bitter and never wanting to come back but this Jimmy John’s location did just that. I can’t believe a simple sandwich was so difficult and how rude they were when I asked for help. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone, even if there wasn’t food in a million mile radius.
I placed an online order for pick up and 3 out of 4 sandwiches ordered were completely wrong. I ordered a Tuscan Italian wrap with NO MAYO because I have an egg allergy. It was drenched in Mayo. Also it was supposed to be on a garlic herb wrap but was on a flour tortilla w/ no vinaigrette. Also ordered two Italian club sandwiches, one made unwhich the other no onion. And guess what both were incorrectly made. I called the restaurant and the manager said it was due to shift change...read full review
