Donuts are good but service is not. They're not friendly at all, no good morning or thank you. The line gets long in the morning and I understand the rush but service is the worst. They're rushing and do not care about the service they're providing.

I absolutely LOVE this place. I stop in here normally once a week at least. I moved to Grand Prairie almost 2 years ago and could not find a decent donut shop. I happen to come across this gem and it was exactly what I was looking for. Plenty of selections, the sweetest owners, fantastic customer service and delicious donuts. If you are in the area, I highly recommend JS Donuts.

I'm super picky about donuts as I feel a lot of places don't change the oil they fry them in. This place seems very fresh and like they change the oil daily and by far the best donuts I've had in the surrounding area.I have seen them cleaning the outside and inside several times and the owners definitely seem to take pride in their business

The lady who greeted me was super nice and kept a friendly smile the entire time. Made me feel very comfortable with her small talk, where at other places they kind of just stare at you. The price wasn't that bad for a dozen, and they tasted amazing!!
