I ordered takeout tonight and it said my order was ready for pickup! I went to pick it up and the lady in the store said they were closed. We already paid online for our order and she said she couldn't refund it even though we never got our food!!

Came in with the family ready to eat dinner and the lady said we are closing the lobby. It was 6:30. Lobby doesn’t close until 9. And when I asked her about she got upset and was rude. Never again y’all!

Worst Kfc ever bad bad bad service.Walked in to order food, was never helped stood there for 10 min was never helped so I walked out to get church’s chicken

Waited over 20 minutes for a famous bowl after being the only person in the drive thru, and then was told I can’t get a receipt because they were “out of paper”. I wanted the receipt to document the ridiculous wait time for such a simple order. To top it off, my sauce request was forgotten, so I had to go inside the restaurant and wait another 10 minutes for an employee to even acknowledge me at the front counter. My to-go bag was soaked in spilled mashed potatoes. Also witnessed 2 customers walk out after being tired of waiting to be acknowledged at the counter as well, so if management reads this - you’re losing customers due to the crew working night shift on 10/1/23.

If I could give 9 stars, I would. This is the worst KFC around. They actually close at 9:30 and not 10 according to their staff. The food is half done or left out for long periods of time and then given out. When you ask if something is available, they always day they are out. We will continue to drive to Oak Cliff for KFC. This location needs new staff all around and apparently to update their actual operating hours.

Rarely gives one star - dinner was bland but Ok, service as a walk is was dismal, with the young man barely recognizing I wanted to order- then I sat and sat- no food but it was sitting on the counter and I asked if that is mine, "yeah"....oh, and while eating a customer came in, left after 4 minutes as no one came to take order INCLUDING THR MANAGER SITTING IN DINING ROOM ON HER PHONE....letting a customer just walk out!!! HE AND I WILL NEVER GO BACK...I was a regular since 1988 as my office is nearby...will be looking to see who moves in here as they will go broke I think

If anyone that works there even acknowledges your presence at the register, you'll feel like you hit the lottery because your chances are better at winning the Powerball than getting your order taken there. There isn't a more apathetic crew anywhere. They literally couldn't care less about the customer.

Ordered a 16 piece family meal and recieved 10 legs for 45 dollars. They were terrible. Hadn't been to a KFC for years and will never go back.

The staff are in need of proper customer service. They wanted to overcharge me $20 for an 8 piece chicken only. I was going to tell them the Ixxots word, but what can you expect from professional chicken experts!

If I could give no stars I would, only reason why I would consider coming back is for the nice lady working drive through today. I got a macncheese bowl earlier today and 10 minutes into eating it I got sick. Food Poisoning at its finest.
