Went to this location last night and was greeted by Porsha in the drive thru. She was friendly, repeated my order back to me to make sure it was accurate and had amazing customer service. Great customer service is hard to find and Porsha is an asset to this location. Great Job!!!!!

This is the WORSE location to go too after 7 pm. They close at 10:30 but the night shift decides that they are done with everything at 7. They are out of everything because they refuse to cook it or prepare. Don’t even bother online ordering, they will not prepare it until you get there & even when you arrive they will tell you that they don’t have half of your order. They could not fulfill my purchase of a chicken little then got mad when I asked for BBQ that I specifically selected on my order so they cut slits & holes in sauce packs & gave them to me to make a mess. Night Manager & employees are TRASH. It’s just not worth it.

Manager was extremely rude. Placed an order through the mobile app, i Was waiting by the speaker to let them know I was there to pick up a mobile order, waited for about 5 minutes, kept saying hello no answer. I Drive up to the window, there was about 2 cars ahead of me. When I got to the window she said next time I needed to order at the box. I advise her i was waiting and no one answered me. Then she said she had no order for me. I showed her my app where it showed my order, said she still didn't see my order, she said to reorder and drive back around and get back in line. But seriously I was not going to re order and pay again. My card was already charged. Had to get customers service support to refund me my money AND I VERIFIED THAT MY ORDER WAS PLACE AND PAID FOR AT THE RIGHT LOCATION .

We were waiting and the person who takes the order never arrived, we were waiting for more than 10 minutes. It is a place that should be closed because the people who work there leave you waiting as if you were going to order on credit.

Bland chicken and bad attitude at the drive thru window. Young girl doesn't say thank you and looks disgusted. This place is the worst location in the southern Dallas sector.
This 3 piece chicken meal was horrible!! The chicken was cold, it appeared the grease was burnt and biscuit was hard and cold. I have no desire to come back to this location. This location appears not to appreciate their customers. The sweet tea was the only thing that was good. This is the only reason why I gave 1 star rating.

Ordered the 2 wrap combo with both being different kinds but received the same “absolutely-no-sauce-dry” wraps. Didn’t receive the default sauces that go with our other order of a combo. Didn’t receive the extra sauces that we ordered either??♀️Food tasted average too.

I ordered a 3piece meal ,an 8 piece nugget meal and 2 of the new chicken wraps.. service was awesome food was awful the chicken was old and you could really tell they must’ve reheated it in the grease too many times..very

I was ripped off, these new wraps are the saddest things I’ve ever been given. I got them cold and there was nothing in the wrap till you got to the bottom of it. Super disappointing :(On top of that they only gave me 1 of 2 sides for my girls meal.
