I went to little Ceasars at this location in grand Prairie Texas on camp wisdom. I purchased 2 orders of the pepperoni crazy Puffs, when I got home, I tried one and there was nothing but bread inside. I thought, 'ok, maybe they forgot to add all the ingredients on this one', and bit into a 2nd puff, the same thing. I went back to the store, to inform that this is not what I ordered, I was given 2 more orders from the 'hot n ready ' warmer, I went to my car, and tried one, the same thing. I took them back in and explained that these are the same as the 1st orders. The young man then called the manager over, and he said there is pepperoni on the 2nd box, and took the 1st box back (which had the one I bit into), and gave me a different order of crazy Puffs, I went to the car and tried it again and I got pepperoni directly on the top and some cheese in the middle, there was no sauce or any pepperoni on the bottom. I went back in and showed him my order vs the photo of the Puffs they advertised in the store, he just looked at me and said they aren't supposed to have sauce in them, and there is a pepperoni on the top, I said I'm not happy but I'll go ahead and leave since I see your not going remake them, I left and decided to do some research on the new item. There is supposed to be sauce inside and pepperoni on the top and bottom when you bite in with cheese in the middle, I didn't get that. I went to a different little Ceasars and got just what I saw on the in store advertised photo. I don't believe this particular store here is preparing them correctly, they have lost a customer here. I have photos of my orders, but there is no option to upload them.TJ

Ordered a Detroit style pizza and received no sauce of cheese. Ordered again a couple months later and it came with zero toppings. I showed the receipt and the pizza and I got nothing refund and no fixed order.

Save your time from ordering from this location ...and save your time from ordering ahead online what's the use is ordering ahead of time if they are gonna clear the lobby and people who order ahead after you ... Sat here for thirty plus minutes and kept my patience but this is ridiculous I won't be coming back here again which is sad since it's the closest location to my house... But for this kinda wait and service I'll drive to the next location.... Or better yet try a different pizza joint ...30+ minutes for one stuffed crust and crazy bread is ridiculous y'all need to do better??

Ordered pizza through their App. Pizza was ready at 4:39 pm. At 5:05 pm I was already back at the store to return the old, dried up pizza they sold me. Hispanic mgr was unable to read their own label on the pizza box and asked through another employee why I was just now returning it?!?! No customer service skills, zip, zero, nada! Mgr does not speak english. No apology but handed me a fresh pizza. Clearly under new 'mgmt.' Will not go back there.

This place is alright if you're picking up a pizza from their app and you can go retrieve it from their hotbox. If you try to go in to place an order, takes about 15-20 mins (like any other pizza place). I did notice once when I went in that there were no Hot-N-Ready pizzas available which I thought was odd, but it was dinner time on a week night. I also noticed a lot of other patrons waiting impatiently for their food and asking the poor guy at the counter what was going on. He was trying the best he could, but he seemed kinda new and he was by himself. There were people in the back making pizzas. Good, inexpensive pizza - they seem a bit understaffed.

Didn’t order a hot n ready, and it still came out fresh and fast!
They hired me! but never called me to start, just kept lying and they cant speak English! nobody up there can speak correct English.. they had to use a phone translator for my interview !!??♀️

Placed a mobile order well in advance only to find out the geniuses running the place said they didn’t have our order. Then they finally (and begrudgingly) said they’d make my order so I have to wait an even LONGER time. This location needs to hire people who haven’t had lobotomies before, preferably people who can figure out their left from their right.EDIT: they were NOT even making my order, I have places to be so I just got a refund. Steer clear of this location!

Went 30 minutes before close time and they said they weren't making any more pizzas. Gone are the days of good customer service, no we must cater to the spoiled employees who randomly decide when they want to do their jobs.
