The food was so good. Such a fun 1st time experience cooking my meat and ramen noodles. I also included the buffet. My waitress was amazing. She helped us along the way. She made us a sauce dip to go with the meat on her own. It tasted great. We really enjoyed getting the best of both worlds the spicy marrow broth and the original marrow broth!The service is outstanding not one time we needed something they got on top of all refills and waters when the glass was half full!Shout out to Kailey and Selina for the amazing service!!!!This is a must if you are in town!!

Me and my friends love to go here and frequently come after work. We’ve had a few times where a plate at the food bar was about dirty, but this time it was excessive and disgusting. I had to go to the bottom of a stack to find a clean plate. Brought it up to the employees who said they’d get it taken care of yet the next time we went up the dirty plates were still there.We were also given angus beef that was fully thawed and looked off but the staff was happy to get it replace.Usually it’s a wonderful experience but the last time and especially today the dirty ready to use plates have been really off putting. Hope next time is not the same.

I took my daughters here. They had a fun time cooking their meat in the broth. The service was good.But it was just a regular atmosphere for a restaurant.
Located in the Asia Times Square, this hot pot place is a solid spot to eat.We ordered the all you can eat with two broths, the tomato and spicy bahali. They have the usual sauce bar but also have seafoods and other veggie sides that you can grab on your own at your own pace which not every hot pot has.Also had the hot sake. It was strong in my opinion but prob a personal preference. Diet Coke and raspberry tea were good.The service was great. Drinks and meat selections were consistently refilled.

Food was overrated just like any other hot pot restaurant, upon entry I was seated by the host and she automatically hurried off as we kept trying to ask her to explain how it works because it was our first time eating there. She seemed annoyed and frustrated as my friend kept asking clarifying questions . I only received a refill of the most unsweet sweet tea once and they had the nerve to charge for it after I did not get the drink I requested, My friend and I headed to use the women’s restroom before paying and heading out… I am in the bathroom stall (with a knee injury so obviously I am going to take long ) and I hear my friend rushing me because what I assume is the racist owner keeps walking around the restroom (WITH THE DOOR ALREADY OPEN AND NO WAY TO SHUT IT ) basically trying to make sure we did not dine and dash!!! This is absurd and I do not appreciate 1, being frowned upon based on looks and appearance and 2, Being stereotyped that I would walk out because I am a Hispanic women with Tattoos. I am so outraged at the treatment we received . Don’t Support these buffoons
