Pacheco taco n burger is the epitome of a family owned business. Mom and son created, with dad, siblings and aunts at work! I've had most of the items on the menu and everything is beyond flavorful. The barbacoa grilled cheese and their carne azada fries are my favorite. Not to mention, all their sauces are made in-house and are equally as delicious, try their spicy ketchup! (Wish they sold it in bottles.) You can truly taste the quality of ingredients in every bite. I do have one "complaint", there's a sandwich called the Grimace sandwich that comes in and out of the menu and I don't know how I feel about that... Stop playing with my tastebuds Pacheco's!! I wish you had it available "full-time". Sometimes all I'm craving is the Grimace and you don't have it. Bring it back to stay forever!! (There's my slight rant) They offer drink options too, I haven't tried all of them because I'm obsessed with their cucumber flavor, refreshing at its finest, that's all I crave! PS: It can get busy at times (for obvious reasons) but be patient, you're in for a treat. Great food and great customer service, I promise the wait is worth it.

This spot is a true testament of not judging a book by its cover. Pacheco Taco N Burger was so impressive that they've definitely made me a repeat customer. I recently moved to the area & one of the first things on my agenda was finding a good smash burger spot. I saw Pacheco on Instagram & had to try it. It's small on the outside, kind of a hole-in-the-wall, which I like. The service was excellent. It was pretty crowded inside but the wait was short. Props to the cooks for working so hard & the cashier Jenny for being so nice. Now for the food. I'll keep it short. I've found the perfect smash burger. Everything about it was great, but the carne asada fries are so amazing that they might've been the star of the show. Also the strawberry lemonade tasted super fresh & delicious. This spot is a must try.

Hands down best smash burgers made here! Stopped in and ordered the Texas Sun Smash. Perfect combination of ingredients hit the spot in so many levels. Texture, flavor, spiciness, and appetite satisfaction. I will most definitely return to try other menu items as well as spread the word on how delicious the food is.

Came back for the double smash ($11ish) And chingada ?? barbacoa taco ($4- only available on corn- it's a street taco Burger needed more seasoning. It was better the first time. It was a 30 min wait this time too so maybe they were rushing it trying to get orders out. Taco was decent but wouldn't have to re order. I would ask for one of my friend had extra tho. It was juicy and HOT (temp) I already reviewed "Save Way" separately but that grocery store is a big scam. They charge what they want. I will never purchase snacks from there again. Cheddar sour cream ruffles (2.5 ounce), everfresh drink (BIG 24), and Pepsi (16 ounce can) was $10.90. Never again. For clarity, the 3 stars is only for the food-- not the grocery store part. I'm just warning others.

This is a HONEST REVIEW..... FOOD: Too much salt... this totally killed the vibe!!! I purchased the Texas Sun and I have no idea why everyone is raving about the food... SERVICE: Was superb from beginning to the end. Thank you!! AMBIENCE: Very clean, the menu is small and needs to be repositioned for incoming patrons. Music was at t a perfect level. It's inside a corner store and the store was clean and organized as well. The food was the most important to me and I was super disappointed. I only ate 2 bites of my burger the salt was overwhelming, and overpowered the whole burger. I also didn't like the carnas asada fries. Again extremely over salted the was no other taste.. Very disappointed!!!!

It's a hole in the wall but it's a freaking amazing hole!!! The food is just hands down umm umm good. E ordered 2 Smashburgers and fries and four tacos!! The tacos were so good we finished them and ordered 5 more!! They have shoe strong fries which are easy to mess up however they were perfect!! My son is like screaming Ma Ma to get me to give him more. The burgers are well seasoned, some may like it and some may not but the seasoning is what helps this burger stand out!! Drove 40 mins for burgers and tacos and would do it again and again!!!!!

I was craving a smash burger so I came to this spot based on a IG Review. I got the "double Texas sun" (I believe it was called) and pastor quesadilla. Both of them were very satisfying. So I live about 20 min away so I didn't get to taste the burger and fries fresh off the grill but I knocked down that quesadilla otw home and it was pretty good, I give it a 3.5 outta 5. That burger HIT though even though it was a little warm them thin ass onions with the sauce set it off! The fries were ehhh but I'll be back to try them fresh. I just got there as they were closing. The team was friendly and the food is worth going back.

I wanted to love this place, but unfortunately it was just mehh. Parking situation is bad, expect to get blocked in or have to park down the road. We just pushed that away and said ehh, it happens when smaller places are busy. Waited 35-40 minutes in line just to get to the window to order and they tell you the wait is going to be 45 minutes to an hour. That would have been nice to know while waiting in line but we already waited this long, let's just stay and order. There are NO substitutions, and they were very unfriendly about it as well. So if you don't want onions on your burger, or you don't want their "special sauce", too bad. Finally got our food and we were so disappointed. Burgers had no flavor, special sauce was anything but special, buns were completely soggy, the french fries were so crunchy that they tasted stale and were just inedible, and my carne asada fries were not good either. I don't know if maybe it's because they were so busy that they were rushing the food or what, but sadly we will not be back.

Foodie Alert! I got a chance to check out the Pacheco Taco & Burger, a Mom & Pop shop located in the neighborhood foodmart Save Way in Grand Prairie, TX. Upon arrival, you will notice the parking is less than desirable; you basically have to make your own parking spot. When you go inside, it's literally a convenience store with people waiting all over the place to be served. But baby, let me tell you, that line is worth the wait. The food is absolutely amazing. The burger and Carne Asada fries are so juicy and flavorful. I can't articulate how good the food was. I will definitely be back to try other items.
