Bad service. Counter person with an attitude. No napkins. No utensils. Food was below average. Fish was very hard and fries were old. I was the only customer eating in other than 1 to go pick up in 35 minutes. And the Counter person asked me did I grab my food from the counter? Really dude? You're the only person behind the counter and if you didn't put it there then obviously I didn't go in the kitchen and grab it myself. Maybe that's why there was no customers except for me and 1 pick up. And I had to pay upfront using my card so I tipped. I regret tipping because tipping is for exceptional service.

This is use to be the spot I would love to go to but... they are rude now and must have another cook because it doesn't taste the same at all... PLEASE DONT EVER GET THE DIRTY RICE.... its not dirty rice it's just rice with chicken and oil and it dry... the catfish isn't catfish it'd swai.... the gumbo was actually ok... but the food is not the same as it was 2 years ago... please fire the cook because you will lose business

Ohhhhh yeah!!!! ...My first stop in Grand Prairie had to be MASON'S CHICKEN & SEAFOOD. I ordered the 6-piece fish nuggets, 2 hush puppies, w/onion rings plate & it was delightful. You really get your money's worth & the service is always great...keep it ? Merlind.

Used to be good.. a long time ago… recently ordered on uber eats… the tenders were not cooked all the way and no ranch or sauce was given… and the bread on the burger was mush.. even though i had requested all veggies on the side to avoid this… lastly the fries were so hard and smelled like old oil… i placed a complaint on uber and didnt solve anything… will not be ordering from here again

First time trying this place. I got home and tried to eat. The shrimp was burnt and hard and crunchy. I could barely bite into it. And my catfish wasn't cooked all the way. The fries were good, but not good enough for me to come back.

Totally disappointed in food I received. I ordered a family meal and the whole meal was disgusting. They should have been ashamed to even serve the food they gave me. I place the order about 50 plus minutes before they were closing, instead of them cooking me some fresh fish, shrimp and fries they served me some food that for sure had been sitting under the heat lamp for hours , if not all day. The food was not edible at all. The fish was barely warm and hard. The shrimp and fries were dried out and cold. I feel like they took advantage of me and stole my money. Instead of cooking my food fresh they gave me the crap that should have been thrown out. This was my first time going to this place, I would have rather they told me the kitchen is closed, instead charging me for their trash.

2 stars for cleanliness and courtesy of the attendant, and the sides were generous portions. As for the fish, if you like fried batter, this place is for you. Filets we're razor thin and the batter was extra thick. We got the 6 piece fish, and all put together, I doubt there was enough for one decent filet. You can find a better place to spend your money.

I have never had a bad experience here, but today while eating the fish it was all breaded batter. The filets were cut in half and wasn’t cooked through. Very disappointed because their fish is the only fish that my husband would eat. Never again!!

Ordered the chicken wings and French fries through Grubhub. The order was supposed to come with celery and carrots and it did not. The food was nothing special and for it to have so much Cajun seasoning on it- it did not taste very seasoned at all.
