Happened AGAIN! I have 20 chicken nuggets and no dipping sauces. Employees want a liveable wage and yet they can't even remember or don't care about making sure the order is correct. Drug screen applicants and make sure they're not high during their shifts!MASSIVE INCOMPETENCE! Can't even remember to put the fries or straws into bag. All the employees at McDonald's in this area need to be replaced with people who can pay attention to detail. Slow down the pace so people actually get the food they ordered!

Flat out ignored me for about half an hour after I asked for nuggets at 3 am? Wth am i supposed to want pancakes? so I sat in drive thru letting the people behind me pass but they never once tried to help me ignoring my pleas at the window as a Hispanic I tried communicating in Spanish to no avail. A shame never had a good experience at this McDonald but this tipped it over for me. I’m 21Year old guy just trying to order nuggets XD please just tell not to order nuggets or something

2nd google review I had to do tonight 1st Burger King now here and I just want to say check all you’re food before eating here my son found a hair in his fries I have short shoulder length hair plus it’s red, one of my daughters have dark brown hair but isn’t as long as the hair found in the fires and my other daughter has light brown hair a little shorter then the hair found in the fries! Been calling to ask if they use hair nets cause this is disgusting!

My nearby McDonald's... I don't come here anymore bc the staff is rude. I hate picking up door dashes from here during lunch bc the front guy who doesn't ever say hi to anyone or asks anyone what they need or ever smiles, sucks. He's a smaller guy, afro hair, yeah, well, he needs to work on his customer service. Greeting customers is very important. Asking them what they're there for is another important thing aside from taking orders. He doesn't even ask THEM anything. He just rings in whatever they say and tells them the total and walks off. My door dash order was ready, and until the MANAGER lady came out to ask me what I needed, he handed it to me. Today's FOH cashier on 3/1/24. You guys should consider moving him to the back and out a friendly individual up front with a sense of urgency.

I have NEVER heard of a business that won’t accept a debit card at 3:30 in the morning! I pulled up to this location and they said they were not serving breakfast! I said fine I’ll take a plain hamburger and small fries. When I went to pay they said cash only!The manager may need to look into the employees are pocking the cash into their pockets!

I come here almost everyday spend my money while eating this African manager start walking by bumping tables swinging dirty table towels in the air start pacing back and forth until I say forget it and jus throw my food in the trash grab my phone and backpack I’m new to Dallas don’t know anyone just work but everyday she ruin my visit here after spending money here everyday she say my food aside today and served the whole front while I sat and waited for my food at table one she is working now as I stop eating to write this review
