When people were eating he made a point to visit the tables to make sure everyone was okay. They made sure my husband and I were fed and were incredibly professional. We are extremely disappointed with this service. Their lack of communication is not something you want when planning the biggest day of you and your significant other's life. When first booked, they were kind and attentive but never heard from them again until I reached out a month before the wedding & they were very difficult to get a hold of. The week leading up to it was very difficult as well. Fabian missed calls that we had scheduled to plan for the big day. The day of the wedding you could tell they were very unorganized & noticed lack communication between them. They also gave a lot of attitude to my wedding coordinator. They said they had worked at my venue previously but then said they hadn't gathered enough staff to cover the 2nd floor when passing out food. Overall I was very disappointed. Would not ever book them again.

ABSOLUTE PERFECTION AND BEST FLAVOR!!!Monclovas catered my sister's wedding and everyone raved about the food. We did stations for her wedding. The pasta was unbelievably flavorful and cooked to perfection. The carving station was a huge highlight for everyone. The flank steak was one of the best I have ever had and I have a super picky husband who doesn't really ever eat steak and he loved it. You also can't go wrong with the blackened chicken, so tender and moist!!! Wow Fabian, your food was truly the shining star. I would highly recommend him and his crew for any event you may have. I also want to give Fabian a huge shout-out for being the star vendor of the night. The service staff was incredible, the food was delicious and everything from his crew turned out well. I truly didn't have to worry. Trust this man when he tells you that because he does truly mean what he says. He delivers exceptionally on point service. Fabian missed his son's graduation to be at the wedding and despite planning to leave early he stayed to ensure we were pleased and he also went above and beyond his call of duty when our breakdown vendor left us high and dry by helping pack everything into bins and boxes after his already exhausting day. Spent time communicating through email and theknot. We both took time off of work to come to a tasting. We show up and the building looks abandoned and is closed. I call them and they said that I was communicating with a staff member and their kitchen was closed. Pretty upsetting and totally unreliable. If they can not set up a simple tasting correctly, it is hard to trust that they will communicate for a wedding.
