Dinner tonight was worth 20 stars. The entire staff was welcoming.Our servers Isreal , Kristen, and manager Mario were very kind, well knowledgeable, and had no problem seating our family of 7.Excellent service! This location is very clean, our food was fresh, and the wait was not long at all. I definitely recommend ?

Today my husband and I. Had a wonderful meal. The managers was amazing! Our GM Mrs. Karmen, was not on duty. We truly appreciate her w when she's on duty! She works extremely Hard!!!!! When on the clock! You can tell she loves her Job!! Today I met Nick Martin, Manger on duty, my husband and I where present to celebrate our 40 Th Wedding Anniversary! Nick came over to our table to wish is Congratulations!! He was very impresses! Kind just like Mrs Karmen!! Excellent ? customer service! He has a heart to put Customer service No#1!! I later was introduced to Austin, manger also New to our:) Olive Garden! I was please to me him!! I have me in Grand, Prairie Texas for 40 yrs. On today my husband and I witnessed Some of the Best Customer Services! Our Entire meal from our Servicer... Bianca Hance!!!!!! She was amazing!!!!! I am 66 years. Never have We seen , nor received such amazing, customers from and server, until today!! My husband was so impressed he tip that little Angel Bianca well! Bianca, when I asked her how long has she worked for Olive Garden? She started, this August it will be a year:) Great foods! And excellent customer service!!!!!

It's olive garden, nothing more to really say. I think the bread sticks changed. Not as good as they used to be. Maybe it's just me. Anyways, average at best Italian but at least it's consistent. I recommend if you cannot find real Italian.

Stan was a great host and very pleasant. We forgot our umbrella, Stan brought it out to our car while we were leaving.
25 minutes wait but we bypassed it by sitting at the bar. Excellent service and food as per usual. Great date night dinner.

My wife and I went to this Olive Garden after church and I ordered an Eggplant Parmesan that I could NOT eat. It was a sensory issue for me and my taste was totally thrown off. I'm Autistic. Wasn't their fault. But they were so kind and polite about it that they took it back and I ordered something else and they gave us no trouble over it at all. The food is great, and they know how to accommodate when they can!
Service deserved more stars even. Our server went above and beyond on a very busy Saturday night, and others helped him. It's been a while since I saw a crew focused on customers instead of themselves. Very clean, fun, and great food of course.Parking: Lots of parking behind restaurant but worth the short walk. Busy Saturday night.

Went as a party of five. The food was pretty fine as usual, the server came to our table 3 times only: drop off salad/bread, 1 refill (after I had to get his attention from assisting another table and passing us) & drop off our entrees. He didn't come back after our entrees and we didn't get anymore bread the entire meal...if the service was better id definitely rate it a 4 or 5.
