Poor manager does its best and one elder server the rest are just lost teeanagers with nasty attitudes one even slam the bowl of chips on our table with her ugly attitude poor service wait time was horrible to just get drinks and waited over 30 for our food then to served it all poorly
My stopped in for a drink or 2. Our bartender Alexis was great. Friendly, fast, accommodating. We felt welcomed and the drinks she made was great. I hope her manager sees this. I wanted to tell him but we had to leave for our flight. Thank you Alexis. You were AWESOME.

Was looking forward to trying the Mondays all you can eat enchiladas but the terrible customer service ruined my visit. I ordered the enchilada special and my friend ordered the trio special which included a starter, entree, and sopapillas for the dessert. After about 20 minutes of placing our order, I called the waitress over to ask about the starter coming out. She said it comes out at the same time as the rest of the food because she placed the order all together. I told her normally the starter comes out first and she said no because I placed the order all together. Once the food came out the waitress never came back to check on us. I saw her go into the bathroom and didn’t come out until around 15 minutes later, walked past my table to check on another table. I had put my drink which was empty at the edge of the table and she didn’t even acknowledge it when I called her over. I had finished my enchiladas but never even got to order more since I had been waiting so long for her to come back to our table I had just lost my appetite. Service was so bad we didn’t even get the sopapillas just ended up leaving. This is the 2nd time I’ve had horrible customer service at this location…don’t think I’ll ever go back.

I came in during happy hour on Dec. the 1st and received the absolute worst service ever from the bartender. If you’re not a regular, you aren’t a priority. I’ve never waited 10 minutes to get my check. I also wasn’t charged happy hour pricing by server Alexis. I’m not sure if that’s because I wasn’t a regular or what.
