OMG! This was perhaps the BEST PIZZA from Papa John’s I have ever had! NO LIE! I don’t know if it’s the location lol or what! But they made my pizza so DAMN GOOD, I had to write a review lol. The pizza was cooked to perfection! The ingredients were FRESH and the sauce is AMAZING! I had my son go in and pick it up because it was faster to pickup than delivery. I ordered two XL “create your own” and they were both huge, and ready within less than 10 minutes! Super fast! So again, I don’t know if it’s this particular location or what lol. Either way THIS STORE is now added to my favorites.

The pizza was messed up but the manager went out of his way to fix it and personally delivered a new pizza to us!! The 2nd pizza wasn't cooked all the way but the manager gets an E for effort!!!

Decided to give Papa Johns a try after my local Domino’s dropped the ball one too many times. I’ve ordered twice in 2 weeks. I’m gonna keep this review a little low key because Google Security is following me - it’s a one sided thing-I can’t follow them. I think they question my international travels, who knows.Papa Johns makes really good pizza. But their side orders are like elevator music when you bite into them you have to make a conscious effort to pay attention to the senses. The chicken bites, jalapeños bites and desert bites all taste bland and regular and run off the tongue without leaving much action for the palate.To reiterate the Pizza was first rate, a nice combo of taste and mouth feel, like someone’s throwing a party in your mouth and the DJs playing your favorite song.The delivery service was ok, both times they were about 10 minutes late…and ya know, can anyone explain the “delivery fee” to me? I’m told it doesn’t go to the drivers but to the restaurant. Isn’t that akin to charging the customer for just walking in the door? Can you imagine a “ cooking fee” or a “ preparation fee “ ? Companies really do take advantage of the little man.I’ll wrap this up. Great Pizza! Not so good side orders. Ok delivery.One final thought. As a marketing tool Papa Johns hypes something called Papa Dough - it’s a points system for discounts. I think this is a terrible title. Dough reminds people of money - which they don’t want to spend and it reminds people of the worse thing you can say about a pizza … “it’s too doughy “.

I walked in and the gentlemen at the front (he had ginger hair if i remember correctly) was very sweet and helped me immediately. He was very patient with me and didn't take long for the food to come out. Food tasted better than I expected!

I was just called to ask if they can start my order at 9 instead because I accidentally ordered it 15 min early then when I needed it( yes my fault 100%) which I admitted to but other then trying to help me the worker voa I believe that's how you spell wanted to try and argue with me about it when I was being polite about it. Wanted to try to argue she can't do anything about but I personally have worked at a pizza place before with doordash and this situation happens a lot and we were always more then willing to make it later for them but besides the point she wanted to get rude to me and keep trying to talk over me as I was speaking. If the customer service is like this then I refuse to order from here again!!! Voa was absolutely horrible!!!!!

So I am here now, I ordered a papadia and it was so dry barely had toppings on it, and when i said what is this the young lady looked at illme and laughed which I didn't find funny at all. Come to find out she was the manager. So I had him make me another papadia. If i pay my money I expect good quality food. And very unprofessional customer service. I will not be back!! And they was suppose to refund my money and still to this day they haven't. I will be calling corporate

This Papa John's on Lake Ridge Grand Prairie TX 75052 has become the most horrible of eatries...we have been using this Papa John's for 21 years and never have we seen it deteriorate so bad to the point that a staff will hang up on customers not once but twice...Staffs Clarice/Larice who claims to be the manager (she is not) and Shanon who is supposedly the night managerbut has no business working there...these 2 have the with the very worst of attitude, arw extremely rude and you cannot and should not them with anything you eat. Staff here are usually great...but these two are totally unprofessional, have zero customer service and I will not trust them not to put nasty stuff in your pizza/drink/food. Will no longer order from this Papa John's Pizza eatery. The public is advised to be extremely careful anytime these two work, great thing everything is on tape. This is totally unacceptable behavior and will be calling their corporate office.
