I just gotta say, the delivery driver I had today was incredibly kind! Not only that, whoever made the wings and pasta for my order today needs a raise!! Never had an issue with my orders picking up or delivering, 10/10 will order again.

All I can say is that this business is poorly managed and unprofessional.I asked for a simple refund (respectfully).then was told by the staff and manager, "We don't do refunds."I was told I have to dispute the transaction with my bank to get my money back.I said, "What...? Even though I never got my pizza or walked out of the store?"The manager said, "Yeah, we can remake a pizza for you, but we can't give you your money back." Not only did they tell me this when looking at the receipt, I noticed there's no number to the store. Very suspicious.Customer service never returned with any updates to issue or anything.Pizza hut ??Better off buying frozen pizza from the grocery store

I don’t write reviews often, I’ve been to this location multiple times and often have somewhat of the same experience. Look at the 8-count boneless wings I received… I mean come on what the heck…

Horrible experience. Walk-in place was filthy walk in to make an order had to wait 7 minutes before they came and helped me and it took them 25 minutes to make my order. The pizza was soggy. The dough was undercooked. They've rushed the pizza and still took 25 minutes. I got food poisoning. Had to go to the ER. Get my stomach pumped. Had such a bad reaction it was acid reflex on steroids. I puke for 8 hours straight before of getting stomach. Pumped notified manager, they did not care ?Wheelchair accessibility: You have to walk all the way to the other side of the shopping complex and use the convenience store entrance. Then travel 75 ft to the front door on the sidewalk. Not worried about ADA

I ordered a Italian sausage and beef stuffed crust pizza and cinnabons, 2 liter soda tonight 12/1/23 and the pizza was not saucy tasted almost dry. None of the famous Pizza Hut sauce. I am a regular at least once a month get a pizza. I called the store back and attempted to make them aware that I left home for about 45 minutes and came back to eat my disappointing Pizza it was dry!! The night manager Kayla placed me on hold and advised me after a few minutes she ran the cameras and the cook put some sauce on my pizza and there is nothing she can do. Basically deal with it!! I said who can i talk to above you since your clearly careless and unwilling to compensate or even simply apologize. She advised me to call or come in the morning to Talk to manager Shelby ?. I'll keep you posted on what Shelby can do. Pizza Hut needs to retrain Kayla. Ladies and gentlemen just pass this location up and go to Domino's!!
I had a personal pan pizza. It was hot and delicious. The lady who took my order was efficient and nice. I'm selecting this pizza hut establishment as my go-to.

Do not order from this location. I placed an order to this location for delivery and instead of them informing they do not have actual driver at this location they send your orders through DoorDash without even informing you. I have been following the Pizza Hut app order tracker to see when I should expect my order. 20 minutes past my expected delivery time passed so I decided to call this store to see an estimated delivery time just to be told they sent my order through DoorDash because they don’t have drivers and the doordasher stated they delivered my order. This is such an inconvenience to send customers orders through DoorDash when they’ve ordered through the Pizza Hut app especially when we can’t track the drivers delivering location. I paid a delivery fee and paid a tip through the Pizza Hut app to only be told I would be receiving a credit back of only what the food cost. No refund but a credit meaning I would only be able to use what I spent if I want pizza another time. This store needs to either hire drivers for their location or work with DoorDash to where it sends customers to the DoorDash app for a driver delivery status track. I will not give this location another dime. I’m sure what I paid them for a tip and delivery fee they pocketed that for themselves.
