Have had this happen twice now, got delivery and they gave DoorDash the complete wrong order because this Pizza Hut can’t keep drivers. But when we call to try to figure out the situation they continuously answer the phone and then hang up as soon as we start talking, workers are rude and disrespectful every time I’ve tried talking to them

Horrible service and very unhygienic! Ordered 2 pizzas for pick up and no one was at the front when I arrived. Two employees were near the back and neither of them acknowledged that I was at the register. I know they saw me standing there but they just completely ignored me. The two employees were getting ready to make a pizza and it was very disgusting to see that both had no beard covers on! One of those employees was handling the pizza without any gloves on! Finally one of the employees told someone further back in the store that I was there and the girl came to the register. I told her that I had been waiting for at least 10 min. and her response was just that she was at the back and didn't know she had someone at the register. Really?!?! This was very disappointing because we have ordered from this location basically since it opened but recently the service is going downhill.

On Monday night we placed a order and our whole order was messed up and incomplete it took us an hour to get a hold of someone and instead of helping us the manger and the person who takes orders on the phone was extremely and told us we have to wait two hours till someone can deliver it… we waited and no one sent us nothing… we called back the store and once again the manager was extremely rude and told us she will credit us our money….. today around 8pm my sister tried to order through the phone to use our credit and they kept hanging up the phone…we had to go in person to get our food and even at that they still got it wrong… we were just sick and tired of the inappropriate behavior and lack of common sense and decided to leave… don’t waste your time or energy

This is the worst Pizza Hut I have ever been too . Please don’t order any food from this place !!! I ordered my pizza with 3 toppings and only received 2 barley they must be struggling with meat because they didn’t add it to my pizza ! The second pizza was free with my points and they didn’t add any meat to it ! This is the worst experience I have ever had at a Pizza Hut !!! Don’t order from this place save your money and your time !

TLDR: Order from Dominos. Don't waste your time with Pizza Hut.Wrong order was delivered with non existent customer service. I ordered 2 pizzas online. We received the wrong pizzas (2 single topping pizzas instead of supreme). We called the store to be transferred to a call center, and then we were transferred back to the store to be placed on hold for 35 minutes. We were committed to speak to someone to get the right pizza delivered. We finally gave up. It was impossible to speak to anyone to get this fixed. I should note that we had two people calling the store getting the runaround continuously placed on hold. (We also tried the website, which directed us to call the store that never answers.)

Terrible food - terrible service! I noticed 2 employees talk between each other before even coming up to the counter 15 MINUTES LATER AFTER CALLING THEIR NAME!! Repeatedly watched employee text on their phone and go back to making food without washing their hands. Absolutely filthy and absolute trash service!!

So I called only to hear they have closed. What made matters worse were they was emailing me about the order so assumed it was otw. So
